This place is decent. The workers are friendly and helpful. Renting a uhaul was easy too

Been doing business with them for many yrs & my family has as well. Friendly staff (especially Bri & Jason), units are kept clean & will work with u if needed. Only issue I have is people not closing the gate to the units. Other than that it's a good place to do business with.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely polite and understanding. He explained the process and information of renting the unit well and walked us to our unit we had rented. The woman we spoke to on the phone was very helpful in reserving and talking us through what to do over the phone and very polite about it. Great overall experience and we’re glad we went with them

Customer service is an area that gets overlooked quite often. At Hwy 56 Mini Storage, Brianna changes all that, she stayed late so I could get there to pay my bill then hrs later after I forgot my gatecode, she calls me with a temp code to get me in. A very friendly ,go above and beyond. I was stressing because I was being evicted and had no place to store my stuff walked and told him my story and he searched to find 1 unit available. His name was Jason and he was so friendly and courteous and listened patiently to my story with a look of understanding on his face. He explained things answered my questions. He's one that truly should deal with the public . He's very people friendly and I like that. Thank you Jason for taking 1 stress off me ...a big one.

Brianna was so helpful. Quick and easy to rent a unit. When our storage needs changed, our needs were accommodated with no issues.
