One of us ordered the daily special which was spaghetti and loved it. I had hamburger & fries. Hamburger was delicious. Not greasy at all, great quality meat. Came to the table with toppings exactly as ordered.
Total price for 2 was a little over $20. You'll love eating here for all the right reasons.

Best katfish I've ever had! Perfectly crispy outside, and flakey awesomeness inside.

And then, when I thought the day was perfect, there was banana cake. I've never had banana cake before, but it came with pureed banana...icing? It was fabulous, and totally worth the drive!!

I stopped in this nice little cafe with my brother and I was very impressed. It brings out the feeling of a mom & pop's restaurant. The server was fun and light hearted. I ordered the catfish sandwich with potato wedges. My order came hot and fresh. I was definitely full. The menu was reasonably priced too. I will be bringing my family back for the all you can eat catfish dinner.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If you are looking for a southern diner with AMAZING food, Kat's Diner is the place! The owners as well as the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The food is some of the best and the prices for the huge portions that you get are great. Definitely recommend stopping in if you are passing through or live local.

Wow. Excellent. Got Corn Nuggets and Onion Rings to start, with their thousand island dressing which tasted home made. A+ on all fronts. Between the three of us we ordered the southern fried chicken, chicken tenders, chicken philly, and a patty melt. Their serving sizes were above average and everything was excellent. $42 for all that food is an absolute steal. That $9.99 4 piece southern fried chicken plate w/ 2 sides AND TEA would be at least $19.99 anywhere in Nashville. Well worth the stop and right on the way home from Falls Creek Falls back to Nashville.

Haven't been there in a few years but it was just like old times with the bacon being tender, not Crisp like I like it. Real potatoes for their hash browns and eggs over easy to perfection.

Me an my lady tried it for breakfast really good really clean, food was good going to try lunch buffet Friday waitress was very nice ,will tell friends.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Friendly staff and environment! Really good sweet tea! We’ll being coming back soon for sure!

Kat's Diner is a very good place to have a meal! They have a variety of food from the menu, it is always very tasty and reasonable! It is always very clean and the employees are always very welcoming and friendly! All around a great place to eat!

Took friends from out of town and we ended up going to Kats .. the food was great and the service was as always wonderful.. we will continue to go to Kat’s from now on
