I just wanted to share how helpful a couple of your employees were when we were in there on Feb 29 I think it was. The lady in the paint department was so helpful and patient while we were trying to find the right paint and tools. Her name was Felicia. The lady at the Self-checkout was really friendly and helpful when we were trying to use a gift card. She is always so friendly when we are in the store a regular ray of sunshine. Her name is Leigh. These ladies are a real asset to your store I hope you will pass this on to them.

I want to thank Sara in the paint department for all her help today. She answered all of our questions and showed us where all of the items were that we needed. Lowes needs more workers like her. Again, thank you Sara.

We went there and picked out our new appliances. The prices were very reasonable and the workers helped us out with all our questions.

Lowe's is always a good place to go but today my experience was a little bit different. The employees that helped me were super! Dillon and Shayna went over and above to help me find all the things I needed. The only problem I had through the whole experience was how hot it was inside the store. They definitely need to fix their air conditioning or at least turn it on if they have it. Other than that it was good.

My elderly mother need a new washer and a new microwave. The young man helping us was very nice and answered all our questions.

I love this store. what I don't and didn't like was the younger dark headed boy with glasses that drives forklift mostly acts as if the customers don't have the knowledge about what they r purchasing or how to load stuff when told by paying customers to load it on the trailer or truck a certain way to avoid damage to them. This Lowe’s is easily the best I’ve been in. The staff is super helpful and the shelves are neatly stocked.

Great selection and helpful staff. Returning an item can be a hassle even with a receipt.

I am a small construction company owner and I have done alot of business with this lowes and I've only had a few minor setbacks as far as material and service goes but all in all they have a solid foundation and alot of potential to grow Christian Perez is really taking care of customers and doesn't get the credit he deserves it's a professional relationship I have with this employee and he goes above and beyond to better serve the customer at the pro desk if anything give this guy the time of day he's great and has serviced my company's needs like a Rockstar

I went into Lowe’s in Mcminnville, TN. Brandi was very helpful with a return I had. I didn’t have a receipt so she went above and beyond to help search for the transaction in the computer. I really appreciated the effort she put into helping me! Employees like this are hard to find. Keep up the good work Brandi!

The staff are very helpful at this location and the store is very clean and organized. The staff are also very knowledgeable and if they don't have something I am looking for they offer very good alternative options or help find where I can get those items needed if the alternative options are not what I want.

I went into Lowes today looking for an eye bolt, no idea where to look, the sweetest lady totally came to me and asked if I needed help I was shocked, usually you could never ever find help when you need it. she brought me right to the shelf, her name is Trish, please, please tell her to keep it up, she is awesome

I needed some plumbing parts for a tricky job on an ICB tote. The asst store manager saw me looking for parts and, probably because of my expression, noticed I needed help. He had recently finished the same job at his own house and figured out all the parts I would need to make it work. He walked me up and down the aisles, selecting everything needed, and could not have been more helpful.

Last summer, we had a really botched delivery out of Lebanon, the worst, rudest delivery team imaginable, no management district-wide who even cared and so we hadn't been back. This sweet fella has restored a bit of the damage... We will return to this particular store!

This post has taken me far too long to submit. Please forgive me, but know that I have been trying to locate not only these pictures (I have over 13k to sift through), but the gentleman's ne as well... These two employees deserve the time it's taken me to locate. Outstanding customer service from both Heather (& someone, please help me get this young man's name... I thought I annotated the pic at the time I took it, unfortunately not... He deserves to be recognized along with Heather... Of course his name tag is hidden in the picture. They are both assets to this Lowe's & their supervisor(s) should be made aware of the same.

I had a great experience with Brandi! She was very helpful in making sure I got exactly what I wanted even when the computer System was down! Making several phone calls to make sure her customer was satisfied and that I am 💕💕💕
