This store is large with many sections, a one of a kind in this area. In addition to being an exquisite contemporary furniture and with an extensive collection of unique accessories. the customer service has always been impeccable. One sales associate in particular (Gabby) has always been consistently supportive, non-intrusive, maintaining a discreet presence, making my experience pleasant. Exceptionally professional.

After traveling to Austin and spending 2 days looking for furniture, we decided to go to San Antonio Copenhagen Imports. We are so glad we did, staff was incredible to us and our dog, Kona! We had the pleasure of working with Bryan Moore, who was extremely helpful, patient, kind and just plain awesome! All other staff treated us with care and kindness. Highly recommend for a relaxing furniture shopping/buying experience.
We are actually waiting on a few more items we just purchased for our hill country build!

My first experience with the store after seeing ads in local SA EXPRESS. Bryan was most knowledgeable and took ample time to show chairs and options for fabric and leather colors.
The 7 day trial period was most welcomed and I bought the chair. It had me convinced of Copenhagen’s quality and customer service. So much so I have bought another chair and awaiting delivery in September. Highly recommend a client should always ask for Bryan when shopping

Today was the second time I’ve been to this store. I LOVE it!! The furniture is SO comfortable and beautiful. We purchased a saddle colored love seat, recliner and a dining room chair that I will use as an office chair. Both times Irene helped us with our purchases. She is so friendly and kind. She is a pleasure to talk to and can tell you all the little details about each item in the store. I will definitely be back!

We had a great experience selecting furniture at Copenhagen for our new house. Our salesperson Elizabeth was great, meeting with me and emailing back and forth throughout the decision process. She looked at my floor plans and measured furniture to make sure everything would fit. She was great at suggesting pieces that were affordable for us. Our house wasn't ready as soon as we predicted so she easily moved our delivery date forward a few weeks. When the furniture arrived the delivery people were excellent and set everything up quickly and nicely. We love the new furniture and everything fit in the rooms very well. I have been buying furniture at Copenhagen for many years and have been very happy with the quality and the service.

We arrived at the store shortly before closing time. Clerk showed us the chairs we were wanting to see. She was extremely patient with us and very helpful, explaining the details of each chair. There was not pressure and she was in no hurry for us to make up our minds. After our decisions the chairs were delivered in a few days and we are delighted with them. Just a touch of the button allows us to select the recline position wanted. The chairs seem to be of excellent quality and we are very happy with them. We have recommended Copenhagen to several of our friends.

Ms. Soto was my sales person and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I had a special order that took a while. When ever I had a concern or questions she was quick to answer me via text or phone call. I'm very pleased with the whole process. I love the selection of the furniture that is available and that everyone is always very friendly and willing to help.

Sometimes it feels so REFRESHING to have a great customer-service experience. I knew exactly the Herman Miller chair I wanted, and Copenhagen had it in stock when all the online sellers had wait lists as long as two months. Even better, Copenhagen's price for the model with the specific features I wanted was CHEAPER than anything I saw online. I called to ask about the chair, and the manager was so welcoming and informative. After I purchased it through their online site, we arranged a time for me to pick it up from their San Antonio warehouse the next day. I brought it home, and it was exactly what I wanted--I had an earlier model of the chair already--but the arm rests seemed just a *bit* loose. When I wrote to the manager, she replied right away by both email and phone. She even arranged to have one of Copenhagen's skilled repairmen come to my house with another chair (same model, brand new) so I could see whether the one I bought was just an "exception." Indeed, it was, and they urged me to take the new chair so I would feel as good as possible about the purchase. Mind you, this all happened extremely quickly, totally according to my own schedule, and it was their idea--not mine. They were so accommodating, enthusiastic, and WARM, and they continually told me that they would do whatever it took to make me 100% satisfied with the chair. Clearly, such a quick turnaround--and with a visit, comparison, and exchange at my own home overseen by an expert--wouldn't be possible with an online seller. Sometimes it's worth it to pay extra for such service. It's even better when the price tag is CHEAPER, as it was at Copenhagen. Thanks so much, Allison and David--you made my week. And my back is thanking you right now as I enjoy this amazing chair!!!

Very lovely furniture and top quality. Leather couches and chairs with high quality leather, glass dining tables and end tables in very unique designs that would definitely be conversation pieces. All of the furniture in this store is beautiful. If you are looking for top quality and unique furniture then this is the place for you. I have visited several furniture stores in the past two weeks and this one stood out the most. No "cookie cutter" furniture at this store. Stop by and take a look, you may just walk out with something beautiful to place in your home. Staff was very friendly and did not hover. They introduced themselves and then gave us our space to look around. Very worth the effort to shop at Copenhagen.

Love the great selection of classic and contemporary furniture at Copenhagen Imports. The pieces that we've bought from them over the last 20+ years have lasted better than any others in our home. Including a kitchen table, chairs, sofa, love seat, casual chairs and more. Highly recommended if you like their styles.

I had a great experience shopping here. The staff member we worked with was friendly, left us to browse as we needed to make our choices, then helpfully answered all of our questions, and placed our order with basically (some minor computer system hurdles) no issues. Delivery was on-time with a polite, efficient crew. Most importantly -- it's beautiful furniture! I've been living with it for a few months now and am so pleased with the quality.

This company offers an incredibly great service to US customers allowing access to modern decor that would be otherwise difficult to obtain. We ordered two of the "stressless" chairs for our audio room. Denise of the sales staff was extremely helpful; she went out of her way to insure our order was done correctly and followed up for delivery...seamless purchase!

The most beautiful and unique line of furniture that you can’t find anywhere but in Copenhagen. So stylish and modern. Trust me I’ve searched high and low but nowhere like Copenhagen! What I really love about the services they are not pushy or annoying at all. Keep checking on you in case you have a questions. We recently bought a house and my goal is to get everything from Copenhagen. I got the living and dining room so far. Can’t be happier with the items.
