Greatest BBQ I've had in a long time. They have the biggest best BBQ pork sandwich and it's really reasonable. $4.00 and it's AMAZING. It's huge.

BEST of BEST by far! Huge fan of their barbque sandwich. SO pleasing you will want to return again next day for sure. Cooked perfectly and SO moist, not dried out like some can be. OH! And if they have their strawberry cake GET THAT! It’s amazing too!!

Today I took an out of town guest for the beautiful fall drive to McMinnville to eat BBQ.
Once we arrived it was great to see my old Buddy at Hickory Creek ,the proprietor.
Not wanting to make decisions I did the no brainer, and ordered a sandwich, just to be sure I ordered two. That was a mistake as they were so big I couldn't finish one! My guest couldn't finish all of his either. Our problem.
Wow they were Great. But too big,lol.
I hope I am able to return,( I'm leaving Tn.) And work my way through the menue.
Just like I like it, simple no frills with the focus on Good Food done right!

Every single visit my husband and I are so pleased with the food we receive.

The staff have always been patient, friendly, and very kind. The food here is GREAT! We have tried a variety of different options at Hickory Creek and they've all yet to disappoint. The price point is affordable, but on top of that, the portions served are large and ample enough to have plenty of left overs. In addition to the price and portion size, the quality of care in preparation is evident. Every spot has bad days, but we have yet to see one ourselves at Hickory Creek.

The pulled pork sandwiches are hefty portions and the sauce accompanying them is absolutely delicious AND homemade. I believe we paid 8-9 dollars for a plate, and you get every penny's worth from this establishment. My husband and son have tried the ribs as well, they are tender juicy and succulent, with just the right amount of smokey flavor. My husband remarked that the potato salad is the best he has ever had in his life, and this guy loves potato salad.

You can also purchase bottles of Hickory Creek's homemade barbecue sauce, you will not regret it. The regular sauce has a sweetness to it that meshes well with the mild smokey flavors and tangy notes in the sauce. If you get the hot barbecue sauce, the heat really enhances the flavors without being wildly hot, but adding just the right kick.

The staff, the level of care in preparation of ingredients, and the location are all pretty great. If you haven't tried them, you should, they'll welcome you and make you feel right at home, then send you off with a full, satisfied belly.

Absolutely delicious! Get the pulled pork on a baked potato! Or just a pound of it with sauce & sides of your choice (each side is only a buck!) 10/10 would recommend! So smoky & good! In the Three Star Mall parking lot.

Delicious and massive portions for a great price, I couldn't believe the total with two sandwich plates being $16 😂 my only gripe was the juice from the greens got into my broccoli and cheese, making the sauce a weird consistency, but that's more my fault I think

First time customer. I ended up going twice in one day. I bought my mother and I pork plates for lunch. I really wasn't expecting the portions we got for the price. Better tasting and more portions than the other BBQ downtown. I went back later that day and got the ribs to take home to my husband for supper. It made two meals each for us. My definite go to for BBQ on the weekends!! A+

Very good food. Just need to add more BBQ sauce for all the meat they give you. I’m very impressed

Had the loaded potato, awesome. Came with a side of coleslaw, tasty. Had plenty of BBQ for the size of the potato (so many places skimp). outdoor picnic style seating was nice as long as the weather is.

Hickory Creek BBQ has the best & biggest BBQ stuffed baked potatoes! They are SO delicious!!

First time eating here today and it was a really great experience. The food was excellent and everyone was super friendly. I will definitely be going back again. The loaded bbq nachos were really,really good and they gave us a TON of the food! Enough to have leftovers for tomorrow.
