Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I had quit going here because of rude employees. I just recently stopped by for some breakfast for my wife and I and noticed a big difference. So far we've been back 7 more times and have enjoyed it each time. It's nice to see the change in attitude within this business. If they mess up an order they will fix it with no issue. Just need to bring back the butterscotch dip and add the cherry dip for cones and I'd be there every other day with my kiddo lol

Great place! I have food allergies and the gal who waited on me told the grill people in the back, so my food wouldn't come in contact with the allergen.
I was super impressed by her going above and beyond. This gal was very outgoing and super nice! Need more employees like her.
Food was made to order and perfect.

Garlic Parm chicken is always hot and fresh, the gentleman at the window was super helpful when I had an issue with my blizzard being liquidy, no questions asked, he immediately made up a new one that was thicker and flipped without spilling. Fantastic

They took care of an error from our previous trip there. They actually remembered us and the situation even though we didn't say anything about it when it happened or when we came back, but the girl in drive thru window remembered the situation and more than enough took care of us

We stopped in to get a banana split. We were not disappointed. We were not in the drive thru for a little time at all. The banana split was quite big. My husband and I split it and we both got our fill so it was perfect to share. They have great good as well. The breakfast here is honestly one of my favorites!!! And getting an ice cream cake for your bday, what could be better?? Anyways, great visit today.

This dairy queen is really good most of the time ....the shakes and ice cream is made to order and the chicken basket and gravy is fresh....service is pretty good as well

Love getting breakfast from here on the weekends. Their breakfast platters are the best deal around. The service is always great and i never have to wait long, even when I order 5 platters.

After a long day of running errands in Middle Tn, we craved milkshakes, our guests suggested Dairy Queen. The group had two strawberry Shakes an Oreo blizzard and a fish sandwich. Shakes were filled with real strawberries and creamy. The blizzard we were told hit the spot and filled with lots of cookie and the other guest enjoyed his hot excellent meal. Drive thru was quick, fresh and friendly as they brought sandwich out to truck! Will go again!!

The team is quick and polite, the food is always fresh and hot. As my 5yr old daughter says, "They have the best food ever!" One of my favorite fast-food places in town.

THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE!!! Service is a 10/10. They love their customers and treat everyone like it’s there home. I’ve watched people be so mean towards them even half of these girls it’s there first job. It doesn’t take a lot to have some patience. DAIRY QUEEN IS THE BEST PLACE IN MCMINNVILLE

Always a pleasure eating at this DQ. Doesn't matter if it's breakfast, lunch or dinner the place is great. Help is friendly and the food is really good and reasonably priced. We eat here often. Ate here this morning and it was a wonderful experience as usual. They treat you like family, they have our drinks ready when we get to the counter. Love the morning girls, so pleasant and happy. Food is always hot, best breakfast in town. Just had early dinner here today around 3:15 and and wonderful as always. The girls are so nice anx always smiling. Blizzard's were great, so was our chicken sandwich. Great service and food. Keep up the good work.

While I'm uncertain of the inside look of the establishment, I can say that I enjoy going through drive thru and have never had a bad experience. I understand sometimes people have a bad day and get hateful so I won't use that as a reason to never go back. My ice cream is always mixed the way it should be and the price is right.

Frequently we are given more than we ordered i.e., 5 pieces of chicken in a 4 piece meal. The bacon is the best as is the gravy. We love this Dairy Queen. They also give seniors a 10% discount.

I wish all the DQ's was like ours. No other in the surrounding counties can beat them. Thanks for not skimping on the chocolate, or mashing the burger to death. Fries are always crispy and the people are so nice.
