I arrived roughly 1-1/2 hours prior to my 1800 appointment (I don’t know if there is a limit on how early you can check in). Stop at guard shack, guard comes out to your truck. Checks your drivers license and views the inside of your trailer (if empty).
Tells you where the shipping office is and, because traffic is ONE WAY around the facility, you will have to drive almost completely around it to get there.
Checked in at the office and was given a dock assignment immediately. Slide tandems to rear and drop trailer at door. Disconnect truck and park in front of trailer.
Green, red, green light and hook back up. My live load took less than 30 minutes to load. Either drive or walk back to shipping office for BOL. Will also give you the seal but security at gate MUST verify it before it goes on trailer.
Everyone I dealt with was awesome. Very friendly and professional. I would gladly come back!

Don't plan on parking in the dirt lot anymore. They are putting a gate up, steel posts were being buried and cemented in on 10/04/19, so figured the gate will be up by the 7th. So if you are running low on hours, ask to drop the trailer and come back after your 10 and park at the Love's.

Not a problem , came to the guard shack, given instructions where to go. Dropped off the trailer and went home. Nice professional people, couldn't ask for anything better

This is the most horrible facility I arrived at 11am and was not loaded until 11pm. If possible avoid this facility. The new electronic log mandate makes it impossible to deliver the load

Quick and freindly, got here at 8 am and they gave me door right away,no one have said anything about apt time .

Guard was super nice and they loaded me fast.Easy in and out.Plenty of room for trucks

When picking up here drop trailer in door and go to loves for 10hr break. Return after 10hrs.
