East Tennessee Discount Drug

I've been a customer of theirs for years and have always been very pleased with the service. Everyone of the staff has always been polite. They make sure that you are well informed about your medicine if you have any questions about it.

This is one of those places where you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. There is nothing fancy about this pharmacy as it is located in the back of a Price Less Food Store with very minimal signage indicating it is even there. With that being said, I have been going there for over three years now. From the very first time I called for pricing info and to find out if they were accepting new patients, I have always been treated very well. My scripts are always ready for pick up when promised and the staff has been helpful whenever I have had questions. The one time I did have difficulty with an insurance preauthorization, Chase went out of his way to work with me and my doctor's office to resolve the issue. Their cash prices are very competitive. Their website patient portal is very easy to use and helps to provide answers without having to call and aggravate the staff with petty things such as whether or not my script is ready for pick-up. They are open on the weekends only until noon on Saturday but it is a small inconvenience I am willing to work with considering I have had a very smooth and hassle-free three years at their pharmacy. Plus.. it's really nice to do business somewhere where most of the staff don't have to ask my name at the pick up window!!!

This place is the best. I was in town from work and due for my second COVID shot (which I got in my home state). The wonderful people at East Tennessee Discount Drug took care of me and got me my shot on time. They were an absolute delight while I was in the store. Great conversation with some very wonderful people, and great service as well! Thank you all for taking care of me while I was in town!

They really care about their clients and try to make sure we always understand what medications we are taking and how they could interact with anything else we are taking. The pharmacist, Chase, is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I would give it more stars if I could.
