Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Morristown

Room was clean, checking was a breeze, service was good, breakfast was above average. Only complaint is the freight line that goes by. If we had been on the other side from the tracks it probably wouldn't have been as bad. Word to the wise, request the non-train side :)

Clean rooms, friendly staff, variety of breakfast item to choose from, love this place, over all the hotel is quite beside the train noise, which can not be blamed on hotel

my husband and i stayed here while on a much needed weekend getaway!! the staff is so lovely and helped us with whatever we needed. the place itself was very clean and cozy! our room was spectacular and kept up to standards while we were away! the breakfast was also one of our favorite things about this weekend… so delicious! we will be back!!

We had an awesome stay and experience at the Fairfield inn in Morristown, TN!!! Selena was great and with making us feel at home. I forgot an shirt that is very special to me, and I reached out to the Hotel and all of the stafff were amazing with helping me to get me shirt back!!! The entire team was awesome, especially Selena!!! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!!

They were a life saver, attempted to stay at a cheaper property nearby but it was atrocious.

I have learned my lesson and will stay in Marriott properties from now on.

The staff was very friendly and worked hard to get everything we needed one. The room (as I've come to expect from Marriott) was clean and well appointed. Overall another great experience.

We stayed here while driving across country from PA to CA. We booked because they are pet friendly. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and spotless. I want to add that there is a train near the back of the hotel that comes through with some frequency. It did not bother us, but you may want to request a room on the front of the hotel if you have any concerns. Location is great, super close to lots of eateries nearby. Great stay!

Its a beautifull place, nice hospitality, and have the best breakfast that I have ever eat. 11/10

I stayed at the hotel the weekend of July 14th-16th. Our stay was great and the staff made us feel welcomed. Seamless check-in and the room was clean. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family when they come to town.

Check in was fast and easy, reasonable prices for our stay. We stayed there a week. the staff was very helpful and nice! The clerk was very friendly considering how many times we called the front desk to request things and ask about the area. She was super helpful and friendly. She recommended several places to eat and things to do. the rooms were very clean and nice. the beds were soooooo comfy! I slept so good and usually can't sleep good when we travel!!! breakfast was good too. We ask for extra towels and that our room be cleaned while we were out. They cleaned our room and brought the extra stuff we requested. We can't wait to visit again, when we do we will stay here. thank you Selena for all your help and explaining the paperwork to us. Also for being patient with us and recommending places to eat and sights to see. When we come back next year we hope to see you!

Nice property. Convenient location. Kind staff. Clean rooms.

From the outside it doesn't look like much, but from the moment you step inside you immediately can smell how clean it is and see how well cared for that it is. Our room smells brand new. The sheets are clean and the bathroom is very clean as well. The staff have been helpful, talkative, friendly, and a joy to be around. This Marriott definitely lives up to its names reputation.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was amazing all the way from the front desk to housekeeping. The assistant manager was so helpful. She was by far the best manager from any hotel I’ve ever stayed

We stayed for three days. Very pleasant staff, rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the comforters they were so soft and fresh smelling! We just had a couples getaway. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great, considering it’s free. It was a lot better than some of the other hotels we’ve stayed at. I stopped one of the housekeepers and asked her where we could get a good pizza. She suggested Jett’s and it was great. We also enjoyed the heated pool. It was a little cool but we asked the front desk lady if she could turn it up. She had to get maintenance to turn it up for us, she was busy checking people in and out but was able to still help us. It’s small but there wasn’t many people at the pool so we really enjoyed it. There’s plenty of room in the pool area for sitting. The gym was very clean and had plenty of equipment and free weights. We have already scheduled for another stay here. I can’t wait to come back and relax some more! Thank you ladies for your hospitality, kindness, cleanliness and professionalism everyone of you guys displayed!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I arrived early, I requested a early check in. Sometimes I feel the clerks get annoyed when I do this but the clerk that assisted me was super friendly, explained that they were short handed and my room may not be ready at this time. Which was fine. However she was able to accommodate me. I was so relieved because I was wore out from my travels. When I got to my room it was clean and nicely set up. It smelled nice too. One thing I noticed was antibacterial wipes and Clorox wipes we’re on every cleaning cart the housekeepers push around. I watch one house keeper wiping the elevator buttons down with them, and another one was wiping door knobs down. That made me feel so much better about the cleanliness of this facility. The breakfast was pretty good too. The next morning when I came down the clerk pointed me to the breakfast area. I went to get me some coffee and a little housekeeper was there wiping down the coffee or cappuccino machine with antibacterial wipes! I was blown away. I have had to travel a lot during this whole Covid-19 pandemic and I have never seen housekeeping staff wiping down high touch surfaces so frequently while being understaffed. So I was highly impressed and happy with my stay! I approached Kayla the housekeeper that was cleaning the breakfast area and thanked her for her extra hard work. She was very nice and told me no need to thank her, that she was just doing her job and if she was a guest she would want everything to be wiped down and cleaned. She asked if I needed anything and if everything was up to my standards. I told her everything was perfect. Such a nice young lady. Their gym was nice and clean as well! I took a dip in the pool. It was a little cool but the staff didn’t mind turning the heater up for me. It was very relaxing. They have a chair that can lower a disabled person into the pool. This made me so happy. My mother is handicapped, and enjoys pools but so often can’t get in them because of the accessibility. When I slow down and get to take a vacation I plan on coming back here. Mainly because the staff are very accommodating, kind, and the cleanliness of the hotel. But the handicap chair by the pool sealed the deal. This place is great and for the price I feel like it can’t be beat. Thank you Selena, Kayla, Donna, Jimmy and the other workers that I didn’t get the names of. You all are doing a great job and made my stay so enjoyable!

It was really a pretty phenomenal stay. The hotel was clean and well laid out. It had everything that I needed. I didn't get to use the pool or the weight room, but both of them looked pretty good. The service at the counter was solid upon my arrival, and the grab and go breakfast was pretty good. If you're looking to snag the plastic bag out of the closet for your laundry, you may be out of luck, lol. That's the only real issue I can think of, and, of course, that's not actually an issue.

We stayed one night, as we were in town for a wedding. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean. We even forgot our gift in the foyer on the way out the door (simple envelope with card, but had cash inside) and the staff hung onto it for us, until we could run back to grab it! Honest and genuine folks work here!

If you have to stay in Morristown and you prefer Marriott properties then this is your best option. Newer property and the morning and evening front desk staff are friendly and offer terrific hospitality. The free breakfast options are standard. Overall not a bad place to stay at all.

Clean and modern. They do have feather pillows (if you're like with me an allergy to them, it's a nice warning), and the beds are so comfortable. The bathroom is clean and spacious. I always prefer staying at this brand hotel if it's available.

Very relaxing and not a busy weekend! The only drawback was the train at 11 pm and early am, but it was quick. We did have to change rooms during our stay due to noise on front side of hotel and from above. The staff handled all very quickly and politely. Ask for upper rooms and back side.
