I had to find a storage unit last minute and came across Affordable Storage. I was in such a hurry to make sure I got a unit, I didn't care if it was indoor or not. When I arrived and went to the office, the young lady was kind enough to check for an outdoor unit which she had one available and allowed me to look at it and make sure it would fit my stuff, unfortunately it was too small she moved me to the next size up. To say I was having a horrible day doesn't even begin how my day actually was and the young lady that helped me was very professional and kind which made all that bad stuff seem not so bad. I really appreciate the kindness that she showed me and I would recommend this company to anyone who needed a storage unit or to rent a U-Haul

Very friendly service. It was fast and easy and when I myself made a mistake online- I called and spoke with someone right away and she fixed it. The unit is clean and everything is well kept. And definitely worth the money compared the others I looked into.

I have rented U-Haul trucks multiple times through this pick-up drop off location and have had zero problems. Excellent manager with outstanding customer service! We moved from Idaho to Tennessee and needed a storage facility that would allow our moving trailer to be delivered so we could unload our belongings. After checking with approximately 20 different facilities we finally received a YES from Olivia! She was very understanding and ready to help. No hassles whatsoever. And on top of all that, the monthly rate for our 10x30 was one of the lowest see had found. We enthusiastically recommend Affordable Storage Guys in Cookeville!

I absolutely love Affordable Storage Guys!!!! They have the nicest office manager. I have rented from them for the last 4 or 5 years and have yet to have any sort of problem with them. When I wanted to down size to a smaller unit I had the smoothest transition. I also love that they now have a security gate.

Affordable Storage Guys made getting a storage unit quick any easy! The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. I appreciate how nice and easy the process was! The storage buildings are in good condition.

Rental process was super easy and fast. The facility is clean, well taken care of, and has great security. I love that there's a gate for access to the property after hours and that the climate control units have a separate lock code needed for access.

Olivia, the property manager & all their staff has helped me everytime I've had an issue with billing or funds being available due to complications with Covid. They went above & beyond everytime they've helped me. They return phone calls & emails very quickly & want you to have the best experience they can give you as one of their customers. Also they take care of veterans, anyone in the service, or with prior service with a military discount. I'm really glad I chose Affordable Storage Guys for my storage needs!

Conveniently located and reasonably priced. Had a great experience storing my son’s dorm room contents here before moving him into an apartment. Professional and so easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We have been with these guys for over a year. Everytime I've had to call and talk to the manager she has been very nice and super helpful in whatever way she can. I love the text reminders I get too. I'm a very forgetful person so this helps tremendously.

This is by far the best storage facility in the area. Prices are way below average, the units are very well maintained and the staff is professional and goes out of their way to be helpful.

Fabulous storage with outstanding affordable rates.

I’ve had two different units at this location. I transferred units with ease, and I’ve never had a problem. One time I forgot to secure my lock correctly, and I was promptly notified to protect my belongings.

Very nice facility. I like the security of it being fenced. Ordered online with no issues and unloaded the next day.
