Smoky Mountain Mercantile & Uhaul

Other than renting a U-Haul truck to move items into a storage building, we met two wonderful people today! The couple that took care of our truck rental were wonderful! We were involved in an accident today when a lady pulled out in front of us. We were not able to drive the U-Haul so it was towed in. We had no transportation back to our vehicle so the super nice lady at the U-Haul location picked us up and took us back to our car! She even brought water and snacks to us because she was concerned that we had not had lunch because of the wreck. So if you are needing a trailer or truck to move with I definitely recommend the Smoky Mountain Mercantile U-Haul in White Pine!!!!

This is just to let everyone know the hours online are wrong they do not open until 12 or 11 depending on the day but 10 for u-haul drop offs, they are very pleasant and helpful people! You can pull in and drop off and they take care of the rest! Thank you folks!

The UHaul rental was good had to move house hold items to home from Stoway Easy to use and easy to return the truck on time. The lady was nice .just not Handicap friendly. Drop off uhaul at 10 am put gas in it before returning it what was used to replace it. The drop box is there place the key in box They do the rest was super easy. Thanks
