Top notch customer service - this is a company that truly cares for their customers needs, wants, and expectations. I ordered an arrangement from their website for a funeral and marked on my order it was ok to substitute flowers. Less than 5 minutes after submitting my order Shay's Florist called to let me know a certain flower was unavailable and asked if I would be ok with a similar colored carnation. She explained she knows carnations are not typically favored but they were a very pretty dark plum color and thought they would look really nice with the arrangement. She even texted me a picture when she was done so I could see the arrangement and make sure I was happy. I've never seen carnations that color before - they were very pretty and worked well! I was very appreciative of her working with me even though I marked it was ok to substitute!

My mother ordered flowers from here for years to send to funerals. When she passed away recently, I knew that I had to use them since they were her go-to shop. The ladies there were so nice and caring. They sat around and talked to be for a bit and made me feel more like a friend than a customer. The casket spray that they put together with just the colors I asked for ended up being so beautiful. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Although I live in Knoxville, I will continue to give them business for years to come in honor of my mother.
