McDonald's in Jeff has it in control always nice even when busy if mess up they fix no questions the lady in the morning at drive thru I love her voice she says honey and makes me think of my mamaw she's always happy if only the whole world would be that way it would be such a happier place

The new manager, the evening manager is amazing. He is very accommodating as well as having patience with some of these bundt holes that he and his crew have to handle. People don't realize that most restaurants are always shorthanded. So be mindful of that and kind because they could always not show up for work. Then who's going to give you your toxic food?? Be KIND.

Person taking the order was sweet, friendly and confirmed our order promptly. She is a natural customer service representative. We spoke with her a moment as we paid for our order. She enjoys her work and any company could benefit from her representation.

6-11-22 Jeff city McD's - busy today but served in 8 min w/curbside pickup and a perfect order. Courteous staff !!!!!
11-29-2023 today was not a good McDonald's day - ordered coffee that tasted like warm water (NOT HOT) And A double cheeseburger but received TWO cheeseburgers. Register person was definitely not happy and was not paying attention.
Worst McDonald's day in a real Long time.

This McDonald’s location is absolutely amazing. I never thought I’d feel the need to leave a glowing review for a drive-through experience…. But I’ve been through this drive-probably 50 times and I leave happier!! I love when I’m chatting on cell with an out of state friend, and they hear the fabulous employee taking my order in the kindest, sweetest, happiest voice out there. You can’t explain how friendly they are at this McDonald’s to someone, unless you have experienced it!! Thank you to all the employees here for your smiles and kind words and for making my day every single time I visit… When I hit the lotto I’m gonna come back and give you all a $10,000 tip❣

Staff was so adorable and I left in a better mood than when I arrived because of the blonde haired blue eyed girl at the window. Wish I would’ve gotten her name bc she was awesome!

Using the drive through, I ordered the $4.29 breakfast special of sausage McDuffie and bacon, egg, cheese biscuit.

Driving to the pay window, I was greeted by a smiling lady with an engaging personality.

At the pickup window, the young lady greeted me with a smile and actually looked me in the eye as she wished me a good day.

...started my day off good!

Food was great! Service was okay...hate the kiosk ordering!!!!

I would just like to say the manager and employees working at the time was pleasant and very kind not to mention patient with my order. This was the first time at any fast food restaurant that manager personally checked to make sure all items ordered where placed in the bags and sorry ahead of time Dawn but you are a a true manager and caring human. Look forward to dining here again.

The place was pretty busy on saturday but the service was great! The lady on the register with short blonde/ frosted hair had a warm, friendly attitude and was quick taking orders. There was a tall, tattooed blonde that was getting orders out front quickly. She checked to make sure that we had our drinks and everything we needed. EVERYONE was working really hard to get orders done quickly including the manager, who was working the line in the back. The lobby and tables were clean even as just as it was. Our order was correct even with by small special request. We were really pleased with our visit.

The friendliest service I have received in a long time. Fast service and hot fresh food!

Hot food, fast. The manager Kim was motivating her crew and complimenting them. Excellent management! Walked through the door and was greeted. Very polite! Cashier was also very polite!!! Order was repeated back after I ordered and again when I was handed my food. Great job guys!!!

Ethan(frontcashier)&Gail(drivethur) are the two most well mannered polite& Helpful employees. I love hearing Gail in morning when going thur drivethur & Mr. Ethan is always soo polite holding door open and always ask if I need help w/taking my "ToGo" order out to car for me; I have had shoulder surgery n he is so helpful & Kind & always ask how I am n how my shoulder is healing!!! I continue to eat at this mcdonald's because of those 2 employees!!

They we're super nice got our order correct and it was beyond fast. My dad is always happy when they get his order exactly spot on. Also they have a cool new drink machine or for me it was cool and new I hadn't seen one like it before.

No stars ,is the drunk kid doing burn outs in parking lot,he must of got fired from McDonald's or his x girl friend work there ,the guy was a minnis!and why does McDonald's leave the Frozen inventory outside in 90 degree weather hours on end
