They always take care of me when i go in they have a great disposición auto make sure hes git the parts i need if he doesn't he gets them on there way there great store

Not only can you pick parts and those special tools you need, but drop off packages for UPS.

This store is fantastic, I was leaving from vacation in Sevierville TN and notice that one of my calipers went out. They not only had the part in stock but offered any tools I may need to fix my truck. So with in 2hrs I was back up and running and headed home. Can't say enough about this store and how great the employees are.

These guys are great. They know their stuff. Prices are good especially if you are a vet or first responder. John was great.

Very friendly associates did not mind to answer questions about situations that I had going on that I wasn't aware of the correct way to go about fixing overall amazing workers here clean store and they don't make you feel like you're dumb because you don't always know the right answer

I usually get my auto parts either in store or online. I prefer Advance over the other auto stores. The prices are good, usually better deals online. Delivery of my online orders are always in a timely manner.

If you need help at the Newport location ask for Julie she's awesome. We were just there. We had trouble with our arm for our wipers. She went above and beyond what she had to to help us. Will most definitely ask for her from now on. 💯💯💯💯

I really do prefer to shop in person then on line. On line give’s you ideas of what you want. In person you can physically check it out.
One quirk is there is no way to interject a veterans discount. That is surely why I prefer to shop in person.

Have never really gone to the advance in newport. I've always went to the one in pigeon forge. But since I've recently started going there julie and josh have been amazing. Never have ever felt so welcomed and treated as if we have know each other for 20 years. Thank you my j and j teamm

I needed 2 batteries. They not only had the 2, but installed the one I needed in my truck at no extra charge.

They have saved me alot of money compared to O'Reillys. They have this app that tracks your purchases and they send you coupons and codes to save money.
