Gal at the front desk had us checked in within a few minutes. She was very pleasant and made sure my wife's service dog was accommodated. Room was clean and very comfortable which we needed after a 10 hour drive. Nice hotel in Cookville will stay here again.

We had a lovely 4 day stay while our RV was being worked on. Hot breakfast every morning. My husband had eggs, sausage and potatoes, and I had waffles I made myself, and banana nut muffin for later. They had milk, cranberry juice and OJ, as well as cereal, yogurt and bagels. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the sheets and comforter were comfortable. Maids were a little loud cleaning rooms in the morning to afternoon, which is my only complaint. Right next to a Waffle house and many food places to choose from as well. There's also a Walmart right down the street. Would definitely stay again.

Just south of 40 which is nice . I heard no outside traffic noise from my room. Really I heard no noise at all. Sheets are clean, room temp was nice when I walked in. Carpeting on the floor is nice verses some places that have vinyl. Lobby is open with Alot of space. Small hot breakfast along with the usual stuff . It is close to a loves truck stop if your in a big rig and you could walk here. Also pet friendly on the bottom floor it seems.. I would stay here again for sure

Booked 2 rooms. One Deluxe King and one Double Queen. Was very pleased with both rooms. Very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Was very happy with the inside and outside appearance. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Pet friendly was a major bonus!

Came up from SC to drop our daughter off at camp, ended up reserving a room here. Very easy check in process with friendly staff. The room we stayed in looked newly renovated. Comfortable beds, cold A/C and a decent sized TV. The breakfest was good, nice change of pace from the typical continental breakfest most hotels offer with the addition of biscuits and gravy.

The location is great, easy on and easy off the interstate with TONS of restaurant choices not even a mile away. The pool was open and looked very clean. Overall a really nice and fairly priced hotel. Would stay again the next time we come through.

This hotel was easy off/on from interstate. Lots of convenient places to eat or shop. Very quiet and clear. Breakfast was good and easy selections. We were traveling so did not want more than a clean, quiet place to sleep. Staff was friendly and we were very pleased with our night there. Great value.

Very friendly staff. Room was very clean. Shower had great pressure and heat. Heated bathroom mirror was a nice touch. Fridge in room started to freeze my drinks, which I love. I love to sleep in a very cold room and the a/c worked great. Have had better breakfast, but for free, it's really not a complaint.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is especially for the price. Room was clean, quiet, & comfy. Staff was very nice. Shower has great water pressure. Easy access to the freeway and food. It's always hard finding nice places that accept pets without a bunch of limits and extra charges. No size limit and only a nominal pet charge here (which I'm ok with. Some places I checked wanted an additional $75!) My 100lb hound dog and I would absolutely stay here again.

Very pleasant experience. My dog and I made a trip this summer and spent a couple nights there. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. I appreciate the openness of their pet policies. It’s great for those of us who travel with our pets. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t bad either 😁

My friend came in from Florida and stay here and I went to hang out with her during her last night here in TN and it was one of the rooms with the little TV area in front, bathroom in the middle( very large spacious bathroom with a shower, built in hair dryer, and king bedroom in the back , which was a pretty decent size room with a 48 inch TV, king bed , desk , dresser in it. Pretty nice. Breakfast is ready to help yourself to around 5:30 , waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and a few eggs, you can make toast and they had sausage the morning I was there. It was fresh and good. Very clean except for the parents allowing small children fix their own , other than that, it was a nice experience. I have 4 children myself and they didn't terrorize the Breakfast at hotels but the y did however Play havoc on another place or two.

Room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mediocre. It was great location for where I needed to be close to everything I would stay there again.

Having family nearby, this has been our "go to" place to stay for several years now. We like the top floor for it's quietness and the free breakfast is always hot and plentiful. Room heat/AC is quiet and consistent in temp. General manager Bradley is very accommodating and professional. EZ on and off I-40! See ya next time .

Staff and housekeeping employees were awesome. They went completely out of their way to help us with a situation. The entire housekeeping employees working that day along with the front end clerk got together to see how they could help us with the situation and between all of them they came up with a solution. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Kudos to them. Great place to stay. Rooms were very nice.

Very convenient location! We were riding thru from Natchez, MS. They had no problem allowing us to park under their awning as long as we were out of the way! The staff was super friendly and the room was perfect!

We just loved it here! Will definitely be back! Clean rooms, breakfast, nice pool and the staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Also, Dog friendly with a pet station right outside the exit closet to our room. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Clean room. Descent sized fridge and a microwave, which we needed, so that was nice! Really good selection for breakfast.
The ladies at the front desk (Sarah S and Michelle R) were really helpful with telling us about the area, and since a certain waterfall area was closed, they suggested another really great waterfall! The Waterloo!
The pool area has some nice seating options. We never went out to the pool, but it looked really nice!
Highly recommend this hotel. It’s very nice for the price, and well kept.

No complaints! Our room was so relaxing with the blue curtains and white linens. After a long drive we immediately hit the beds for a half hour to relax which was easy in the nice room. The room and bathroom were clean with no issues. The staff was helpful and professional. They let us check in and pay early and got us a room cleaned before normal check in time so we could rest and clean up before exploring Tennessee.
