Candlewood Suites Cookeville

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Candlewood Suites Cookeville, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by an amazing staff who were not only friendly but went above and beyond to ensure I felt right at home.

The attention to detail throughout the hotel was truly remarkable. Every corner seemed to be designed with the guest's comfort in mind, from the inviting lobby to the immaculately clean room. Speaking of the room, it was not only spotless but also incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of travel.

Overall, my experience at Candlewood Suites Cookeville was nothing short of exceptional. With its welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, and comfortable accommodations, I can confidently say that I will be returning here for future stays without hesitation. If you're looking for a place where you'll feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of, look no further than Candlewood Suites.

Stayed here 1 night with family. Night clerk was very friendly at check in. Hate that this hotel doesn't have breakfast but there is plenty to choose from nearby. Would stay here again if I'm in the area.

Super clean and modern. One of the nicest places we've ever stayed in at this price range. Very friendly desk staff. Quiet, clean room with great amenities. Lots of thought went into the smallest details of decorating and equipping the room and bathroom and kitchen area. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel, check-in was very quick. Every staff member that we encountered was very friendly. Double queen room was clean, shower had good water pressure and the beds were very comfortable, I prefer firm bed and it was perfect, no sore back the next day.

After an extremely unideal and uncleanly experience at a motel in town (bed bugs included!), we arrived at this hotel at nearly 2am in the morning, drenched from the rain, and were greeted with kindness and empathy from the lovely lady at the desk. The room was impeccable! Super clean and modern. Loved the kitchen and the fresh, clean smell that hits you as you walk in the door! Thanks so much for being accomodating during a rather stressful experience :) highly recommend!!

Convenient spot for the area. Our room was clean and comfortable. No complimentary breakfast available but plenty of nearby options. They do have a n area with some food for purchase.

HIGHLY recommend and PET friendly. Very nice, clean rooms. Mine had king bed, desk, large flat screen tv, dishwasher, stove, full size fridge, toaster and coffee maker. They also have an area of around 20 games you can borrow as well as crock pots, blenders, sandwich press, air fryers, umbrellas, flashlights and many other items. I didn't use the indoor pool, gym or laundry, but looked very nice and also clean. Desk clerks and maintenance were very friendly and helpful. Maintenance man saw me trying to walk with my dog and carry a cooler when he came and carried the cooler, not just down the hall or downstairs, but all if the way to my car. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip.

Great deal loved the room. The staff was amazing. The room was clean the pool was refreshing. It was just great. They have kitchens in every room with two stove eyes full fridge microwave. Dishwasher and dishes pots and pans. I loved it. Would stay again

Friendly front desk staff and housekeeping. The rooms are super nice and modern and are also fully equipped with all of your kitchen necessities. The pool and outback patio are both very relaxing which is awesome. I’ve stayed here three times now and will definitely be back in the future!

Super clean! Even the bed spreads. Loved that we could cook in the room! We borrowed a board game and played it. We used the grill at the gazebo. We loved the indoor pool. I always saw someone cleaning. It was impeccable. I would absolutely stay again!

Staying here for 3 weeks waiting for my house to close.. Great rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful staff, great pool, Gym and even free laundry. Hotel is kept super clean. The rooms are sound proof, kitchenettes have everything you need. Highly recommend this hotel!

4 stars on service due to the phone not working to call the front desk… but other then that it was a great hotel and we love it! The price was very reasonable for the room we got!!

Stayed here on Easter weekend while we spent some time to enjoy some waterfalls and hikes. Hands down probably one of the best friendly staffs that I have dealt with during my travels in the last 15 years. The front desk went out of their way to ensure that we got a room even down we arrived 2 hours before check-in. We were fine in just storing our bags but the front desk manager rather to have us settled and not be crunched on time. Next time we come out this way for a trip, this will easily be our stay again.

Shannon was great! She was able to accommodate a strange situation with several rooms booked in my name and did so in a timely manner, all while wearing a smile :)

I don't review often because I don't complain about things. Every detail here is thought out and our room was impeccable, exceptional staff and facilities. I wish I could stay longer. Thank you Candlewood for a worry free visit. In the words of Arnold, 'I'll be back'

Me and my friends stayed in a King Suite and it was phenomenal!!! So spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed or could need was in the room. The full size refrigerator had an ice maker, dishes available, iron and full ironing board! The beds were very comfortable and everything was so clean! The staff were hospitable and nice. They even had a rental locker for small appliances and games. Best hotel I've ever stayed in.

This place had the most comfortable amazing beds the room was clean neat and tidy. The staff was absolutely wonderful the pool wasn't extremely huge inside but it was enough and it was nice. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I traveled through town this week on my way home. I was exhausted from a very busy week and driving for several hours. The bed was comfortable, room was spacious, and above all it was quiet! I slept so soundly and would definitely stay here again!! They do add a $25 deposit fee (without explaining why until I asked the front desk) when book with them that falls off upon check out so just be aware of that. Since it comes off, it would not stop me from booking there again. Highly recommend!

Didn't stay long enough to get service. The room was decent and clean. FREE laundry room and nice little cupboard shopping room. Wish had more time in this hotel to enjoy all they had available.
