Days Inn by Wyndham Cookeville

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. This is the 1st Days Inn that I'd say I actually liked the Staff and the Room was beautiful as I entered it. The Staff would go above and beyond any time Day or night. If I needed something they made sure it was available. Perfect for a day or a week. I ended up Extending my stay here during a ongoing family issue and I definitely will return to this location when I need a room in the Nashville area I go here because the outside is a Safe environment and there's a variety of restaurants and outlets at my desposi if I wanted to shop. And beautiful view of the mountains from my room or almost any.. Clean Very Comfortable and great for my Budget.. No RifRaff or problems with the locals.. Total felt safe in an unknown area..

Employees are very nice and welcoming!!! Could use more choices for breakfast but the choices they have are good also.

Friendly staff , the hotel is nice and has trucking parking i parked my 50ft trailer easily it has breakfast grab and go , not that fancy but it does the job.

This Days Inn was very nice. The rooms have been updated and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of parking, especially for bit trucks and trailers. Definitely one of the best Days Inns I have stayed at.

Arrived at 2:45 am, greeted wonderful best middle of the night drop in ever.

Saw numerous complaints of poor housekeeping, building in poor maintenance and a whole slew of other issues.
Due to my budget, I chose one of the least expensive hotels I could find. The room was spotless, plenty of towels, everything worked and was pleasantly greeted upon arrival, I was in and out of the main office in minutes.
There were no signs of mold, bugs or people around the area that didn't need to be there. I had no concerns of feeling secure.
The breakfast was just as massive as the bed in the room. It was enough to sustain me all day long, the food was fresh and the breakfast area was clean.
Very happy with this hotel and would not hesitate to return. Photos included were of my actual room at check in.

Great value for the price. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional.

This is my first visit to Cookville. We had originally booked a room at the motel 6 because of their free pet stay. The room ended up being disgusting and the staff was rude. We found piles of poop under the bed. After this we asked for a refund. We came to days inn and the staff was wonderful. The front desk worker was an angel. The rooms look like they have recently been redone. I am very picky. The room smelled clean. There were not any stains on the white bedding. The air worked well. I am terrified of bedbugs and also allergic so I checked for this and found none. I didn't find traces like feces or anything like that either. The appliances were all functional as well. I would recommend this! I did look at the previous reviews but they seem to have made some major changes!

Most comfortable beds I have ever slept on when at a Hotel or Motel. Rooms were clean and organized. All of the staff was awesome to me and all my family as we took up three rooms; we were there for a funeral. Thank You again for making all if us feel at home..

Check in was quick and the front desk girl was very sweet. Our room was clean and the AC was already on so the room was nice and cool that was wonderful! Our King size bed was firm but comfy and the pillows were soft and perfect. The room was on the smaller size but included a desk, fridge and microwave. The shower was clean and water temperature and pressure was great. The only complaint I have is the chair in our room was disgusting it was falling apart and had huge dark colored stains on it I can't imagine anyone would sit in it, it really needs to be put out of it's misery. We loved having Cracker Barrel right there and I do suggest you eat there, we did and it was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here and will certainly return in the future.

Had to come into town for a medical emergency. Last minute booking. Everyone here was extremely nice. The location was easy to find and close to all the restaurants in the area which was nice. My kids stayed at the pool most of the time playing around. The room were clean and I honestly wanted to steal the beds because I think there were some of the softest I have slept on. I would 10/10 stay here again! Thanks and keep up the good work!

Reservations were made online, so check in was painless. The room was clean and looked modern, with flat panel TV with working HDMI ports. The parking lot has great lighting, I felt fine about where I left my car. The breakfast was fine, nothing fancy, but that is typical for this type of hotel. Check out was also a breeze.

Based on what we paid per night I gave 5 stars. It was clean and quiet. Also mostly updated minus the carpet. My only negative criticism would be the odd people hanging around outside after dark.

Comfortable beds and friendly check in staff. We got stranded because of car trouble but this made a great experience.

we called while on the road, reserved room. room was clean check in was quick. we couldn't connect to wifi, called front desk she told us how, (no password) still couldn't connect. went for dinner, stopped at front desk, we showed her what was happening with the wifi. she said she would get router reset. we never did get on wifi!!! then we were going to take showers, 1 went in and showered, the tub wouldn't drain, we called to front desk, she said she would send someone down to plunge the tub. NOBODY came, so 2 of us couldn't shower. when we checked out i told the clerk at the counter (different clerk). she apologized, i told i understood her apology but that really wasn't ok. i definitely would NOT recommend this motel!

I stayed here a week. The staff is super friendly. I got to know them all by name. Ally, Jessica, and Dakota (she's my cousin) so it doesn't count, but still. They really do handle any issues you have in a timely manner and try their absolute best to make sure their guests are satisfied.

Friendly staff effiecent service. Rooms are always clean and new bed updates are very comfortable. By the looks of things they are still putting in improvements to quality. Defiantly recommend staying here when ever passing through area. Prices are fair and worth it.

A MUST STAY. Seriously nice staff. Beautiful place. Breakfast was amazing. Quiet. So many amenities for adults and teens. I will see be going back. The rooms are spotless. Wish I could have stayed several days.

Location - just the best! Like really the best. They have so many things around... shops, stores, restaurants, bars, cafes etc. and all within a 5 min walk. Hotel itself is nice and clean.
They do offer space for semi trailers, which is a great option. Breakfast is usual, good.

The lobby gentleman was very nice. Get me signed in a few minutes. The room had a king size bed 🛌 so nice 😴😴 I enjoyed my stay
