Went by on a Saturday while they were renovating and Kara was nice enough to give us a tour and let my son and I use the equipment
Very nice gym with lots of machines and dumbells, perfect for your people who know they need to go to the gym but don't live at the gym. Fitness studio for speed and agility upstairs, recently expanded weight lifting gym downstairs. Very nice staff and well maintained.

TIP: open early morning, late night, and weekends for members with a key fab (self-service)

By far the best childcare!! I've tried out two other gyms in the area and I just ended up hating going because the employees in the childcare area had such bad attitudes. It's so easy to bring my kids here because they like the kids cove employees and I'm never worried about them when I workout. The HIIT and dumbbell classes are great too. The instructors will take the time to walk around the room and correct your form. They are great with making sure you have modifications that really cater to your personal needs and check in with you throughout the class.

Not your average gym. Amazing atmosphere with a great community feeling. Weights classes and sports training. Everything you could want.

If you are looking for a gym that support you and you and a place to meet great people that you will call friends, Sozo is the place. Kara and her team are beyond fabulous, they care, they want you to succeed, and they become family.

I joined Sozo several weeks ago and I have loved all the classes I've taken so far. I find the gym to be clean and well kept including the equipment. The instructors are excellent. They come prepared, are friendly and enthusiastic and pay attention to small details and if you are in correct form. Everyone especially the owner Kara have been wonderful to work with. Thanks for making my first few weeks so enjoyable.

My family and I joined Sozo Family Fitness about 18 months ago. I love working out with my trainer (Brandy is THE BEST!) and Bend, Breathe, & Burn with Ron. My college kids love working out when they’re home to visit, too! It is truly a gym for families AND a gym that feels like a family.

I really enjoy this gym. At first glance it may seem lacking, but it genuinely has everything you could ask for. Free weights, machines, tires, kettle weights, bands, you name it. I love the open gym; it’s never too crowded. The owner is very sweet and supportive, and all the front desk employees are friendly. Definitely happy to find a small business I can support.

Sozo is the best! The staff are so friendly! It is a safe family friendly atmosphere and the group workouts are challenging! I especially value to trainers providing modifications for every exercise so everyone can participate no matter the skill level. They go above and beyond for their members. The front staff even make an effort to remember your name. I highly recommend.

Kara is amazing to work with. She makes nutrition easy and sustainable. The personal trainers are as equally amazing Kristen in particular is fantastic!

I love Sozo Fitness ! I have been a member of several fitness centers since my retirement in 2018. Sozo is by far the best I have ever been to! It not only has a wide variety of fitness classes with excellent instructors, but it is like a family. Everyone is so friendly and I have made many friends here. It is definitely more than just a fitness center. It is like a comfortable home 💕

The staff is super welcoming and encouraging from day one, and every member I've met has been very friendly. She follows up with individual progress, assist with creating individualized nutrition plans and ensures you are matched with the Personal Trainer that suits you best. Jennifer Hammond, my Personal Trainer is the best!! I have worked with her for 6 months and am seeing the positive results that I am working toward. I have quite a ways to go on my personal health and fitness journey, but have no doubt I am at the right place and in great hands. Try them out!!!

I've been going to this gym alittle over a year now and what is most special about this place is the community it builds, and the people behind the brand. The owners are exceptional, kind, empowering people who really put their heart and soul into this gym. The instructors and trainers are wonderful, and the members have a sense of community that is contagious. So happy to be a part of this Sozo family!

I’ve been a faithful member for 2 years this August. Personal training with Brandy really helped me to feel strong again. I’ve been taking classes the entire time, and SOZO feels like a family. If you’re on the fence, take the plunge and join our community of people uplifting everyone around them. I can’t say enough good things and if I could give it 10 stars I would! Also, if you’re a parent, kid’s cove is an amazing perk!

Sozo Family Fitness is a fabulous fitness center. If you're intimidated about joining a gym like I was--not fit enough, not young enough, etc, Sozo is perfect for you. You will be warmly welcomed and quickly become part of this "family '. The trainers are first rate, and are helpful for all ages, fitness levels and schedules. I made a great decision in joining Sozo. You should definitely check it out.
