Mrs.Collins and her granddaughter Morgan are not what they seem to be.Peggy did'nt put her own and all in selling our home.All because of past issues.Her granddaughter Morgan tried to lower us into moving into a house. She did'nt even own.She will sit on her behind and let other realtors do her job.People will be running in and out your home.Knowingly they don't won't it. They just want to look.(👁eyes)My realestate experience with Peggy&Morgan was terrible.Mrs.Collins knew that house needed a new Roof & HAVC unit.And the preacher man she was selling it for had everything rigged up.If I could give a lower rating i would.She say's she is a christian woman and she does'nt hold grudges but she do.I lived there 4 yrs. In heat. Now I am blessed to say I have Air.I put a NEW Havc unit on that house .And a New Roof.For Somebody else .When it should have been done for me.When buying a house I've learned.Never settle for Less when u can have better.Amen
