I always go here to get the crickets I feed my spiders & tarantulas. I like supporting small businesses over chain stores whenever possible & I get great, personalized service here. They sell quality dog/cat foods from brands like zignatures, that I've only seen in other boutique pet shops in Charleston, where I'm from. If they don't have it, they can order it. Their salt water aquarium section is also the best I've seen in Florence. I highly recommend checking them out.

The staff is very helpful and as far as Aquatics go Greg is the best aquatic/fish guy around Florence and surrounding areas I wouldn't bye fish from anywhere else you know that they don't have ick or any bacterial infections and don't have fungus the only place that I trust Plus Greg will go out of his way to help you find what you need even if he doesn't have it in the store he will order it for you The owner is very nice and helpful and is hands on with the customers which is nice because you don't see that much these days I drive 45 minutes just go to this store because it's always a pleasant experience and they are so helpful and the only pet store I trust to go get food for my Axolotl #AxolotlByGracefulAxolotlFB

I love Pet Lovers Warehouse because they truly care about our animals and the ones they sell.

This is by far the best pet store in the area. I’ve been coming here ever since I first got into reptiles, and I can say I’ve never been disappointed. The staff are always super kind though I do wish some of the newer members were a little more knowledgeable, but I’ve never had any problems. They have the best variety of fish I’ve found so far in any local store, and the cherry shrimp are amazing quality. The price of some of their fish are unbeatable when you compare to breeders and if they don’t have what you want, it’s usually super easy to get it in. It’s always super nice to see Greg working when I come by as he’s always super nice to talk to and knows exactly what he’s doing. I think I’ll be visiting this store for years to come.

The Staff at Pet Lovers Warehouse were Social able, informative on their inventory. Interactive with their Animals. Have emergency # for Veterinary clinics in my Subdivision

I went to Pet Smart and Petco for years but once I found Pet Lover's 4 years ago I haven't gone back.
This place is amazing and the staff actually care about the animals and customers where the other pet stores seem to either push facts they were told to say don't your throat even if some of it isn't necessarily true. They are just doing their job but the Pet Lover's employees actually know their stuff because they have pets themselves.
The owner is so knowledgeable and takes time to answer questions especially with fish. They might not have 1,000 options for animal supplies like the other stores but its because his options he has in his store have been tested and they are the best so he sells those.
They don't push things down your throat at all but help you if you need it. The animals are supper active all the time and healthy.
I just love this place. It's true....Pet Lover's go there. Bahahahaha No seriously, it's great.
Th3 fish selection is amazing.

I love this store. I’ve been shopping here for years. I went in today and had a conversation with one of the employees that’s been there a long time. We came in to buy some new fish for our pond since we recently installed a new one. They didn’t have any fish that we liked in stock but we will check back in a few weeks. We picked up some other stuff we needed for the pond while we were there though. All the employees are respectful and helpful.

They have all my Pitbull Puppy needs. Close to my home and reasonable prices. Thank you Pet Lover's Warehouse!!!

We have gotten all of our healthy fish from here. Greg is the best. He’s taught us most of what we know about fish and he’s the kindest person ever. The rest of the staff is also kind and will help you with whatever you need.

I have been going here for many years. I would rather go here than one of the big stores and less they don’t have something that I need. I’ve got multiple pets from here and they’ve all been great. I’ve gotten two hamsters one mouse and two favorites and a tank of fish from here. The staff is very very valuable and they’re very personable with people that come in. My boyfriend and I go in a lot and they know us by coming in a lot. It’s a great store and I would highly recommend it.

Pet Lovers has an amazing team! I heard about them clipping dog nails and being great with dogs but the team exceeded expectations. They went above and beyond for me and my dog. We will definitely be back and i highly recommend them!

I’ve recently started up a saltwater aquarium, I have read a lot online but I wanted to ask for advice on a few things. Greg answered every question I had and was so sweet in taking his time helping me pick everything out. I’ll definitely be returning for all my aquarium needs, 10/10.

I wrote a previous review of bad customer service 3 years ago…I must say it a whole lot different…your greeted once you enter the door, it constant help available and Greg is a fish guru! He’s very knowledgeable about the hobby when I go to make a purchase if I don’t see Greg I wait nothing against other employees but he got my tanks right!

The guy that deals with the fish there really knows his stuff. The fish quality really depends on what comes in and this time of year the stress from shipping can increase mortality. I have found that the fish guy is very up front about fish as they come in and has even told me when they get a new shipment that he finds questionable to wait and come back after they have acclimated and he can tell if they are healthy. They are very honest and helpful.

I have been shopping here for two years. The employees have ALWAYS been kind to me and helpful whenever I needed to buy items or had questions. When I come in the animals always look healthy. And I've seen employees play and handle them. Prices for this small business is reasonable as well.

I've been going here for years. Since i was a kid. It's a smaller pet store but is in good condition. I have always had very nice and intelligent employees assist me. I'm am on my way now to get rats for my snake and a parakeet/budgie. I think the bad reviews for this place are competitive companies tyring to over power the small business. I'm 24 and have been happy with this establishment since I was young and thing it is and great place to start a pet experience.
