I rented a 10x30x9 unit completely online,as I'm in the middle of moving from OK to TN. The process was fast,easy and transparent. I liked the offer of insurance to protect my belongs. The unit itself was clean, sealed and ready to use. It also came with 2 brand new complimentary locks and keys just inside the door. I also like the fact that this particular facility rents month-to-month,so when I find a permanent residence,I won't have a lease to finish and can move my stuff out immediately. Overall,I am very pleased with my rental choice and would definitely recommend this facility.

Hey guys....this is THE BEST STORAGE PLACE AROUND!!! The units are spacious and clean! The property is always clean and they have a dumpster for the renters to throw away their trash and help keep everything nice. The ladies in Cookeville, Hope and her new assistant are phenomenal!! Helpful, professional and absolutely sweet!! I've had to call the after-hours number on a few occasions and the owner has been so helpful!! If anyone needs storage help, a U-Haul... moving help call these amazing guys... Affordable Storage Guys!!!!

I have been renting a storage unit from Affordable Guys Storage in Crossville for several months. I am very happy with their service and customer service is excellent. Also very happy with process of payments, easy to just have it taken out monthly without worry of forgetting. Easy access to unit and so happy it is owned by veterans.
