I had the most wonderful experience at Best Buy, yesterday, mainly because of a Geek named Elizabeth! She was most helpful, knowledgeable, and seemed more than happy to help me! I noticed her kindness towards everyone she helped.

Best Buy sells the best audio equipment. In fact, my speakers and receiver bought from them in 2003 are still being used.

Seems the staff has a true understanding of customer service.
Double R assisted me with my purchase and gave me all needed information for a great experience.

Purchased a new HP computer today and have to say staff were friendly and helpful. I know they back up their electronics.

We were looking at soundbars and subwoofers, and an associate/ salesman named Colton was extremely helpful! I'd recommend talking to him if you're interested in home theatre and such.

Definitely more knowledgeable staff and a staff fully qualified to work in an electronic store. Just wished the one around my way was this good.

Bought a refrigerator for my truck, quick and easy pickup, 2 guys loaded it into the bed of my truck, and I was on my way

It’s nice to do the old-fashioned thing where you actually go into a store and then have associates with knowledge help you find what you are looking for.

Went in on a Sunday looking for a small inexpensive TV for our camper. Heather met us in the TV section and found us exactly what we wanted and on sale! Cannot say enough good things about Heather. And her willingness to help us quickly locate what we were wanting and to ring us up and get us out the door.

Purchased a recliner from this store. My wife Purchased some items for my Granddaughter. The staff were friendly and attentive. National chain of stores. Please go check them out today.

I am so grateful for James, Catherine, and Zachary from Geek Squad who fixed my phone after an app totally crashed it. They truly saved me as I am new to the area and had no idea how to function without access to maps, internet, etc. I trust them with everything I own and highly recommend their services to anyone needing help with their electronic devices whether it is related to diagnostics, repair, or installation. Thank you guys so much again, especially James!!!

The lady that helped me was amazing! She's so sweet I'm sorry I forgot her name but she helped me activate my new phone even though she didn't have to since she wasn't in the system... she found a manager to help and we got it done! 10/10 great place to shop.

I’m a nerd for best buy. I get my electronics from here exclusively. Best warranties as well. Plus im a total tech member so everything I buy automatically comes with the warranty.

The selection was good, the salesperson (Sierra) was fantastic. She knew her product and made sure I received the best price. The only suggestion I would make would to have more salespeople.

Philip was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my new phone purchase. He helped to install the sim card and also attempted to retrieve previous contact numbers. Excellent customer service.

Employees are helpful, but doesn't seem to be enough of them, tis the season though, it's Christmas season. But very knowledgeable and they are genuinely happy to help you.

I needed an adapter. I researched what I needed. Went into the store, customer service helped me a lot. He suggested an alternative adapter, which has turned out to be a lot better.

Returns are easy. No hassle. Just let them know what's going on with the item.

The store is wheelchair accessible. Big aisles to accommodate wheelchairs or walkers. They keep the store stocked pretty good, with a wide variety of items. This store is very clean.

It's fun to just go in and look around as well. Well enjoy and happy holidays.
