The lady who runs this store is an associate of mine. The store is located inside a historic church building, and thusly is very pretty. It has an art gallery feel that is relaxed inside. There are many different types of art and handmade items for sale in the store. This business supports local artists and has my respect and admiration as I am also a local landscape and nature photographer. I highly recommend visiting and seeing if there is anything nice that tickles your fancy and could be a good fit for your home.

This place is not only a beautiful place, but it has some beautiful handmade items. Anita, the owner, has her own unique, and beautiful wire works. She is also a sweet person. Very personal with her artist and her guest! It is a must see place. There is history and a future for this gorgeous Church. Old and beautiful!!! Don't miss out!!!

What a uniquely wonderful gift shop Smokey Mountain Handmade Creations is! Set in a historic church, in a quaint little Tennesse town (New Market) with stained glass windows and all, it's really an experience! Anita couldn't have been kinder, taking me around & sharing lots of stories about all the local artists represented, I could have easily spent more time in this peaceful & quite spiritual surroundings. I loved the experience, wishing there were more stars to give!

Purchased the mystery box on website the items were even better than expected talented crafts people and artists, pictured are couple of my favorite items but also had a really pretty necklace and more. Thank you

Such a creative shop to open up in little New Market! Hand carved toys, creations from local crafters, paintings, art of all kinds! Every bit of it hand made by local artisans.
They repurposed a beautiful old timey church that began to fall into disrepair. The signage is a little small as it’s just opened, but it’s very easy to find since it’s at the one and only light in new market! (To my understanding they will be having Gospel and blue grass singers in the future, which is awesome because the acoustics are really really good in there!)
Well worth the stop if you’re looking for something unique or one of a kind!

This store is awesome because there are so many handmade items. Every time I go I see (and buy) something I didn’t notice the last time I went in. If you’re looking for a unique gift for someone…or something for yourself, you won’t go wrong by going to this store. I found a great pair of lightweight Valentines earrings and I get lots of compliments on them. The owner of the store, Anita, is wonderful and extremely helpful!

We traveled about an hour to come and shop here. We love all the homemade goodies. Such beautiful work by many different crafters. Anita was a joy to chat with and told us alot about each crafters handmade things. We found some great treasures and will definitely be back. Thank you for the great shopping experience...you need to stop in and see for yourself!!!

Absolutely fabulous little gift shop. The owner is very sweet, and willing to help with anything you may want/need. There are a great variety of crafters, and lots to choose from. Thus place is really a hidden gem here in NE Tennessee.

This shop in little Bean Station, TN is fantastic! There are so many varieties of handmade crafts here…jewelry, woodwork, sewn crafts and really unique wire art on or off driftwood bases. Highly recommended.

I am a vendor but also a customer. I have bought a special order rock creation from Anita and love it. Bought a sign from Pam going to look great on my porch and soup from Spicy Chicks what can I say but yummy. Great looking store.

This store is great. So much cute stuff. Friendly owner. Most if not all of the vendors seem to do custom orders if you want. Definitely a good place to go if you want to treat yourself to something unique or buy someone a nice present.

This store is amazing for handmade items. We went for the Open House and again today and the Owner goes above and beyond and is soooooooo very nice. I can tell she has a passion for what she does as well as the other artists in her store. If you're looking for that one unique store for yourself or as a gift, you'll find it here! I know we'll be back. Here are a couple of items (tree was a special request) that we purchased during our visits. Great job to all the vendors!
