Went to the Florence home Depot Lila from appliance's was very helpful! It got very busy so Delphine stepped in to help they work so good together! And the manager on duty Ahmond was amazing!

Today me and my brother was greeted by Ebony, a Home Depot Associate at store # 8580. She came to our rescue when we were in need of having a key cut. She was nice, polite and very familiar with the process of cutting keys. She gave great custom service.

Charles, one of the Homedepot associate at store # 8580 give me and my brother the greatest customer service that we’ve experienced in a very very long time. He was well professional, courteous, experienced and patient while assisting us. I wish more store associates were like him.

Staff was friendly and helpful, found what we needed and check-out was very fast.

I go here occasionally to kill off some time at lunch since I work close by. They have good prices on stuff and employees seemed helpful each time I’ve been there. I bought a large compressor there that was the cheapest I found and I love it.

It seems like they do a reasonable job of training people. I like the tool section quite a bit. I also use them for hardware pretty often.

It is what it is, and always there when you need it. Assistance is scarce, but ppl are cheerful and helpful when you find them. Store is much better maintained, organized and stocked than its main competitor.

Im another hardware store kinda guy, but after a few visits here lately, my business is spreading out some more amongst hardware chains. Great customer service and ingaging reps. Keep up the good work.

I haven't been in Home Depot in quite a while, but WOW! The service that we received was extraordinary. We 1st stopped in the paint department (I am so sorry I didn't get the ladies name who helped me), but she was fantastic! She helped me find the perfect colors to match my fabric and was super friendly. After that, we went to the appliance area looking for materials to remodel our Vintage Camper, where Steve went ABOVE & BEYOND to help us. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and went out of his way to help us and gave us many options. Finally, we went to the Self Checkout & we needed some help, which is where we met Trinity, who was also VERY helpful & friendly. Mind you, this was NOT FAKE friendliness, they ALL were GENUINE! Sorry Lowe's, you have lost a customer. At Lowe's if you ask a question, if you can even find someone, no one there knows anything. If your lucky, they point you to where they "think" it is. Thanks Home Depot employees for making our experience SO ENJOYABLE!

Good stuff fir gardening and for home diy equipment

I had an issue while trying to buy some merchandise so I spoke with the assistant manager on duty, Zirus. He was more than happy to help and fix the problem. He personally retrieved my items and loaded them on my truck for me. Miguel assisted and was very polite and efficient as well. They both turned an unpleasant experience into a sincere visit! I've been a customer for years and will continue returning!

I don't really know where to start. This was our third home improvement store today. Sumter Lowe's was too busy to help us. Lowe's in Florence wasn't too much better them we went to Home Depo. We were greeted the minute we walked in. We immediately found Allen who was the assistant manager. He was absolutely amazing. Very helpful. Probably some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. I actually ended up buying the Cub Cadet mower and couldn't have been happier to spend my money with them. The two ladies at customer service were equally amazing. Thank you for a very pleasant shopping experience. I know where to go next time
