Had trouble finding something to wear for an event. The staff listened and helped me find the perfect outfit.

I have visited the Florence area for many years and finally came into the store. My foot is hard to fit and the ladies helped me find a comfortable and cute shoe. I’ve worn the Naot brand before and they are a bit expensive but are so comfortable and last forever! I mentioned to the ladies that I needed a dress and they found two cute dresses that actually fit me (I’m a 2x). The dresses were a cute boho style/print and on sale! I will definitely come back to shop on my next trip. The ladies were very helpful, not the least bit pushy and the clothes, shoes and accessories are very unique and different than you would find in a department store.

I WOULD NOT recommend purchasing any kind of gift, there is a 14 day exchange policy so by the time the gift is given it gives the recipient maybe 1 day at the most. So even though I had the original receipt and box and the shoes were never worn I might as well flush $198 (yes for 1 pair of shoes) down the toilet. This is exactly why people choose to shop at larger big box stores instead of small businesses.

Very disappointed yesterday walked in young lady came out of nowhere ask can I help you...told her what I was looking for she redirected me fast.. I could truly see that I wasn't welcome because I was Black. I was Black with money and work a good job... Cynthia's I love beautiful dresses and just standing looking around you clearly have some beautiful ones... But your employee doesn't give you the chance to look around. Next time just put a sign on the door saying No Colors
