We went there for the first time for a Galentines day dinner. The food was amazing. The service was amazing. And it was so much food too! We will 10000% be back!

The best restaurant within 30 miles at least. Seriously!! The service is a little slow but you go prepared for a nice slow and easy evening experience and you will love it. It is like visiting an old friend. The place is cozy and the food will come when it does. Bring your own bottle (or two) of wine. They will provide glasses and bottle open opener. They do not sell alcohol.

The steak medallions were delicious and perfectly cooked. Meals include soup and salad which was filling. Deserts are awesome to. Kaliah was our server and super friendly and helpful.

This is one of my all-time favorite restaurants. It is like a secret garden in the middle of farm country. I have moved 77 times in my life and CJ Papadops rates 10*'s in my book. You will love the food, staff, and atmosphere. Make sure you call ahead for reservations. ENJOY!😋

Love this little gem, hidden down a little road it's the perfect place to dine. Fried mushrooms are a must have. I would recommend this place over and over....love the patio it's like a fairy tale.

Best food in the Jefferson County area!! Just make reservation or you’ll wait. BYOB or wine, beer selection is limited. We moved from California where we had many choices and great restaurants. This is by far the best steakhouse in the area and the atmosphere is relaxing! Absolutely perfect!! ❤

We were celebrating my wife's and brother-in-law's birthdays. The food was perfect. Steaks were cooked to perfection. The service was excellent.

The place was relaxed and homey . The owner came out and introduced herself and the food was excellent (fantastic steaks with Greek food )very unique experience!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Super friendly staff, everyone was polite and service was quick. Food was incredible! Did not expect to get food of this quality in this area. One of the best filets I have had. Everyone needs to come check them out!

My birthday was New Year's Eve. My husband made reservations at CJ Papadops. It was our first time, but it won't be our last! My husband ordered a ribeye steak while I ordered the medallions. Both of our meals were the best we've ever eaten & we've eaten steaks all over the U.S.! Their house Italian dressing was the best ever! Our server was very attentive & professional! We are both huge fans of CJ Papadops, so we will definitely go back!

We arrived 1/2 an hour early and no issues with seating us. Others have written poor reviews. We found it to be pleasant and quaint restaurant with amazing food. Limited beer menu you can BYOB if you choose to. My wife had the Filet medallions. They were amazing.
Our waitress was attentive and timley.
Can't wait to go back.
Lava cake was excellent too.

We love this place!! We have been going here for over 20 years!!!! The special, Chicken Bella Pasta, is wonderful!!!

We had a wonderful dinner and even though it was the beginning of November we were able to eat outside on their very enchanting patio. The owner just happened to be there and came and spoke with us, very nice lady. Everyone was very welcoming and the food was fabulous. My husband had the filet and shrimp and said it was the best meal he has had since moving to Tenn. He shared a couple of shrimp and they were the best I have ever eaten in a restaurant. Love the fact that they serve hamburgers to filet and much in between.

Great atmosphere, indoor or outdoor seating. Reservations recommended. Steak was prepared wonderfully, somewhat limited menu to maintain authenticity but well worth every bit and the portion are quite large. Highly recommend

Was a very warm, humid night. With the way you are kind of packed in, it was a little warm inside. That's my only complaint

I've been hearing about this place for years!! Was finally in the area on an evening they were open .... It's a drive to the middle of no where but so worth the trip!! We did not have a reservation (asked first thing when we walked through the door ) but the young woman working at the front allowed us to sit at the bar and she waited on us ..... she was the best thing about the place!! Sweet smile and a superb attitude!! (She was actually the owner's daughter and just helping out for the night) ... I had the sirloin and creamed spinach.... Delicious!! The steak was cooked perfectly and needed nothing!! I had the soup special chicken gnocchi! It was amazing!! .... My husband had the ribeye sandwich and he said it was the best sandwich he's ever had!! The only bad thing is that we don't live closer!! We will be back!!

Truly a hidden gem, this place is about as far out as can be. But definitely worth the drive. This chef knows how to cook. We've been at least half a dozen times and never has been a bad anything. If you're in the Morristown/Newport/Greenville or just want a great meal then check this place out. Definitely won't be disappointed.
