I have done business with the Freeman family for many years. Dawn and Brett have carried on the hometown professional, courteous and accommodating traditions set by their father Dan and grandmother Rebecca. They have always been eager to help in any way possible to please their customers. I am proud to say all the furniture in my home currently, living room, bedrooms and dining room has come from their store. The men that did each delivery were very careful with each piece brought into my home. They were so respectful and helpful to place each item where I wanted it. I am so thankful to have this type of commitment for their customers in our hometown.

We came into Freeman's Furniture looking for a lift chair for my mother. From the very beginning, Co-Owner Brett Freeman was friendly, professional and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. The service was incredible. We were able to have next day delivery. His delivery team of Speedy and Mark were punctual to the "T" with the delivery and had the chair ready for my mother's use in hardly no time. She fell in love with her chair immediately. They were professional and friendly as well. I highly recommend Freeman's Furniture to any and everyone. We were so pleased that we went back the next day and made another purchase.

Freeman's Furniture in Newport, TN is the best place to shop for up to date furniture and accessories anywhere around. I have bought living room furniture, recliners, bed sets and mattresses, lamps, etc. Dawn and Bret are excellent in helping you find what you want with no pressure involved. I am so thankful to have a store like this that I can go to and know I will get great service every time !!!

The store is clean and full of so many name brand choices..we have purchased many items over the years..the last was a mattress..they helped me decide what I needed and when I couldn't decide they were patient and kind..I would recommend this store to everyone..

So glad I found this gem! They have an AMAZING selection of furniture and very good prices. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful! I recently moved from Colorado and needed a whole house of furniture. Tim helped me out and I left very happy. Delivery was fast, free and they set up my beds for me. They were amazingly friendly too! I'll be back soon for the mattress set and some other goodies I will need. I've already referred my parents there as well!

Let me start by saying Freeman's Furniture is AWESOME! From the moment we walked in, it was a great experience. They listened to my needs and delivered in the time frame they said they would and my recliner is amazing. This is a family owned business that has been around for generations and they definitely treat you like family. I love this place. Oh and Jim Freeman is the cutest little guy ever😉❤

I have been buying furniture from Freeman's for over 16 years and never had a problem or complaint. This year my favorite lift chair broke, the one I sleep in, I've had it 4 or 5 years and it's a brand they no longer carry because of complaints. I tried a lot of places and online too, to no avail but Dawn followed her connections and got me the part. Mark just left after installing it for me and all is right with the world again. Freeman's had a great selection of beautiful furnishings for my whole home! Delivery was fast and convenient to my schedule. I will defiantly be back!

Freeman's was wonderful! We picked out our furniture on Saturday and it was delivered Monday. They may have been a little bit more expensive than other places but it was well worth it to get it so soon. We live about an hour away from the store.

Love doing business with Brett and Dawn. They are very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to go above and beyond to find what you are looking for. Definitely recommend shopping at Freeman’s Furniture.

We have went there twice for a refrigerator and a living room set. Both times they had items delivered the same day we purchased. They deliver for free and take your old items away if you want. Pretty hard to find places who will do that. They were helpful but no pressure. Recommend looking there to see if they have what you need.
