Blanchard Drug & Gift

I made the switch to Blanchard Drug a Gift a year ago! It has been nothing but great care since! Kind, friendly, knowledgeable staff.

This pharmacy has earned a triple AAA+++ grade from this retired school teacher over the F minus grade of the chain pharmacies in OKC. Because NONE of the OKC pharmacies had Nystatin tablets that a MD prescribed for my 90 y/o mother in the city. And this was after many calls to see if they had this old drug!
So… out of desperation, I called Keaton at Blanchard Drug and Gift. And you know what?!? My little town pharmacy had it in stock for my mom. So I drove from the city to Blanchard and back because the city did not have it.
As Gomer Pyle used to say, “for shame, for shame, for shame” on you big city pharmacies!
Bravo for Blanchard Drug and Gift! And for Keaton who is an actual pharmacist that cares!

I've had my prescriptions filled at Blanchard Drug and Gift for 6+ years. The employees are helpful and nice, often going above and beyond. I don't know how many times they have fixed insurance, medication and physician errors, and they do it all with a smile. I once snapped at an employee, though I quickly apologized, saying it had been a difficult day. A few days later I received a card in the mail from the pharmacy and, in particular, the employee letting me know she was thinking of me. That's amazing service!

With a husband who was in the Navy and having to move every 4 years, I quickly learned the value of a home town pharmacy vs the big chains. So at each duty station I normally search out the home town pharmacy. I feel I definitely lucked out finding Blanchard drug! Everyone is very nice and within two to three visits, Shelly knew my name and face and has called me by name ever since and Ashley pretty much knew my voice on the phone. They've been very accommodating with my husband's med, attempting to keep it in stock and ready for him when he goes in each time and my daughter says they have been understanding of her needs as well. All in all, Blanchard drug has been a gem and I won't go anywhere else.

Blanchard Drug and Gift is the real deal! The staff, technicians, and pharmacists are courteous, professional, accessible and knowledgeable. I live out of town and they promptly fill my scripts, file my insurance and mail directly to me. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

They go above and beyond to give the best customer service! Way better experience here than at the chain pharmacies in the bigger cities. They will always have my business.

I have used them for years, they stayed after closing to fill a needed prescription one night. They feel like friends, and I can always count on them to pick up on Doctors mistakes, that would have caused me problems. No need to go anywhere else, they are the best!
