I took my dog there, to see the VetCo vet for a wellness check
The visit went very well. My dog is quite timid in new situations, but she also is a barker. Surprisingly ,she barked when we went in, but she was great the whole time the vet was checking her out. The vet and all the assistants, including the lady at the front desk were wonderful. It was a great experience.

The store smelled AMAZING when I went in, the groomers were sweet and patient with my Siberian Husky, Echo Gecko. They returned him to me looking so fresh and clean I can't leave anything but 5 stars!

This was the first time I have been to Petco and I had a grooming appointment for my dog with Chase. He was wonderful and so kind to my dog!! He did an amazing job and I will definitely be back. Thank you again for your services Chase!!

Just amazing. I had taken a soothe package for my dog since she was itching. But Kira called me back and mentioned my dog had flea infestation which I was completely unaware of. Good that she saw and took action as per the need and I am very grateful for that. My dog is happy and that’s what matters.

I bought my pet crayfish here. The staff was extremely helpful by letting know about the biological treatment for my tank setup. Very satisfactory experience and my crayfish is enjoying her new home. They have a great selection of aquarium products at reasonable prices. Definitely check this Petco out if you want to set up a new tank or re-up on food or water treatments.

Came to the VetCo part of the store for my cat's wellness checkup and vaccines. The entire veterinary staff was an absolute joy. My cat is weary of strangers and even she was comfortable around them, which says a lot. I highly recommend based on the level of care my cat received and the customer service.

Dr. Littlefield, Michelle, Elise and all the staff were super friendly and professional. I love the way they make you feel like your pet is the only patient and they make sure you understand any issues and all options. Great people!!!

Haleigh was an ABSOLUTE BLESSING! The best! She helped me set up and clean up a stray dog I found. She was the blessing my new dog and I needed today. Thank you Haleigh

Love the newest location!!! It’s so clean and well stocked. It has all the stuff we need! I am incredibly satisfied that they have a self grooming station and a different vet clinic! Hurry and go check out the new clinic specials!

An associate named Quan made the experience wonderful! He was very knowledgeable in the products I needed and always had a personable customer service attitude. He made sure that everything I was looking for was what I specifically needed for my cat. And even though I kept bothering him, he never appeared bothered and was ready to help immediately and even took me to the location of the products I was looking for.

Quan is an amazing associate and because of his customer service, I feel inclined to shop at this specific store once again.

The overall staff itself was amazing too! Amazing store!

Great store to shop for your pet's needs, including veterinary and grooming/training care. Excellent personnel and immaculate facilities.

Wow. First time using the vet here and beyond impressed. Easy to book. Super friendly service by everyone I encountered. Quick diagnosis and had the meds ready on site. Definitely will consider using next time I need a weekend apt. I really liked the text reminders and virtual itemized bill for mobile.

Very friendly staff with caring veterinarians that have personally texted me days later to check up on my dog. What also impresses me is their communication of cost upfront! They provide a recommended treatment plan along with itemized prices, then ask me what I can afford and what I cannot afford. Together we walk through the plan and make changes accordingly...prioritizing based on immediate need.

John had me in and out just as I had wished because I was in a hurry impressed me enough to stop my day and leave this review great guy quick fast and love the service.

I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I had the best experience last night and PetCo has now gained a life time customer. I had an awful experience with PetSmart and ended up driving up the road to PetCo. As soon as I walked in, I was asked if I needed any help. Reagan was super friendly and very helpful. She had everything I needed and had an answer for every question I asked. I 100% recommend PetCo! 10/10!

The staff member who helped us with putting together a new aquarium was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We won't visit any other pet store!

Beth, Noelle, and Chase are my Petco heroes! I came in frazzled and upset by a local reptile shop owner who was very insulting and I could barely relay the issue when I came into see Beth. She emphasized with me and helped to make me feel better. She then walked me throughout the store grabbing everything I would need for my new bearded dragon! Noelle and Chase were equally as helpful to even put my pet’s enclosure together for me so that my new buddy would be completely safe and secure. “Above and beyond” doesn’t even describe this team’s diligence and dedication to help customers! I even received great information and support from Reagan a few days before while I was deciding on which animal I wanted to adopt. 100 thumbs up!

Every time I go there, the people who work there are very friendly and helpful! They are absolutely wonderful!!!!
