I had a a backed up sewage block that caused all the drains in my house to flood.

After calling several places to see if anyone was available to come out, and coming up empty, Hampstead Plumbing was coincidentally my next call. Speaking with Rob, he was uniquely helpful by recommending instead of spending $300+ on whoever to come out, I could go to Ace and grab something for $20 instead.

Rob patiently walked me through the steps on how's to fix it myself. Sure enough everything worked out just fine and I'm $280 richer than I would have been.
