I’m not big on taking time out of my day to leave reviews. BUT Smith Family and Cosmetic Dentistry deserves it. Absolutely best experience I have ever had! Super respectful, amazing staff and the best service. Great family atmosphere definitely make you feel comfortable and right at home.

if there is a particular service that they do not offer, they have great recommendations that you can trust. Also big thanks to the office manager Cassie, for all of help she is very professional, polite, and very knowledgeable in her line of work. 10/10 recommend Smith Family for all your Cosmetic and Dentistry needs.

I don’t think I have EVER left a review for anything before HOWEVER I HAD to with smith family dental! I had gone to a previous office in Wilmington that told me I needed a deep cleaning but smith dental was able to get me clean with a simple routine cleaning I felt the other office was just money hungry and not worried about the actual care of their patients but I can 100% say that was not the case at smith dental in hampstead! They were so kind upfront as well as everyone in the back the dr and hygienist were amazing with explaining everything step by step. Totally should be your kiddos here or anyone a great family friendly practice!!!!!! Thanks smith dental for a positive experience!

The service was absolutely professional, polite, and respectful. The lady at the front desk was very precise and knew actually what to do, and got it done within a timely manner. 20/10 would recommend for all families who need to get any dental problems done. P.S. I heard they do do veneers…. I might be popping back up for that!!!!!!!

Great experience at Smith family and cosmetic dentistry. Michelle the hygienist was very friendly and thorough. The assistant (didn’t get her name) was efficient. Dr. Shirley was awesome at addressing my concerns and didn’t push for any unnecessary treatment. The receptionist ,Cassie, was nice and scheduled my appointment with ease. Thank you!

Well, I have to tell you that the staff and doctors are wonderful! Cassie at the front, Michelle, Dental Hygeanist, and of course, Dr. Shirley whose expert and caring work would not leave me as beautiful as I am. Thank you all so much for your care and understanding (haven't been to Dentist in several years), as well as, complimenting me on the shape my teeth were in. Again, thank you all so much. I have been here North Carolina for 10 years. I have seen about 12 different Dentist.S but I have never been to a place like Smith family dental. There is six offices Dr. Smith and Dr. Peachee are the best I have been to since coming to North Carolina. They are very caring and understanding they accept your insurance if it’s in the file they already have the insurance checked by the time you’re done with the dentist. His staff is very friendly always trying to work around your schedule. Trust me there are many ripoff dentists out there. It cost me $75,000 until I found Dr. Smith and Dr. Peachee. This is the first and only place you need to go to don’t let these other guys drain your bank account. They care about the people who can’t financially afford dental work due to our government keep an eye out in the future and I will tell you what dentists are going to take your house. Thank you Dr. Smith and Dr. Peachee. You done a wonderful job on me and all the office staff and office manager Marybeth and assistance who helped me get my teeth back to almost normal if you want to spend your money and don’t care then you can go to the others if you want to spend your money you will be coming back This I been going on since 2015. Welcome to the dental world.

Dr. Shirley , Kristine and the entire crew are fantastic ! Together, they create a friendly family like environment. The office is very well run and every appointment has been on time … a HUGE plus !!!

I spent over 33 years in the military and only used military dental. I cannot complain about that, it was worth it.

After retiring, I wanted a local dentist in the civilian world. I did my research and realized that a lot of the dentist are from either a military family or were prior military and they understand veterans.

Here is my shoutout: Dr. Victoria Shirley. She is amazing. No rushing, meticulous, works to perfection. She is the best in the Hampstead office. I will not let anyone else do my dental work.
She changed my smile, and fixed my front teeth to perfection.

Kristine is Dr. Shirley's assistant, Love her to death, calming, fun, and puts in the perfect calming mood. I will probably just drop by to see her. She always has a smile on her face. Perfect for the office.

Cassie works at the front desk. Customer service skills are excellent. Friendly, funny, always has a smile. She keeps everyone on their toes in the office and greets everyone with a smile. She will answer any question you have and explain everything you need to know. She is the best!

Bottom Line: You will not go wrong by the Smith Family Dental Office in Hampstead! Always great music going on (play some classic rock) and everyone always has a smile on their face that puts you at ease. I love this place! I might just go there hang out!

Dr Fann and staff are all amazing! My 8yr old son came home from school with a toothache so I called and they saw him within an hour. They did an emergency extraction, with no pain, and we were back home an hour later. I cannot say enough good things about this office! ❤

Awesome place to go! The staff is super quick, efficient, kind, and so helpful. Each member does their job well and beyond! This was the only dentist in Hampstead that I was able to find that accepted my insurance and I called and was scheduled an appointment the very next day! Olivia, at the front desk, is the most kind, attentive, and helpful person I think I have ever met working the front end of any office! Pleased to be a new patient!!!

I had the best dental experience at Smith Dental in Hampstead! First, the hygienist cleaned my teeth, and she was thorough and personable. Dr. Shirley did my exam and same-day treatment for a filling and she was just wonderful! She had such a gentle touch and was kind and knowledgeable. Keara, her assistant, was friendly and outgoing. Hours later, my teeth feel great and I am not sore at all from my filling. I will definitely be back! I had a very pleasant visit overall. Highly recommend!

To say Dr. Shirley is the best dentist in my 71 years, is an understatement. What a professional team she leads. Some people have a gift of healing hands; she does. With that said, I barely felt the numbing injections on 5 separate procedures (something to appreciate if you don't like needles). Two crowns fit absolutely perfectly--no adjustments needed. You will receive a full and complete financial breakdown of procedures you will need.

Needed to get an old filling fixed and refilled. They got me in the next day and had me fixed up in no time. Everyone was very friendly and they did everything they could to make me feel as comfortable as possible considering I have PTSD and high anxiety when it comes to medical procedures.

Needed a dentist and nobody was available in Jacksonville for weeks! Headed to Hampstead and saw Dr. Shirley and her amazing crew. Definitely worth the drive to see this great dentist. Thank you for your awesome and friendly service. ❤
