Melissa provided thoughtful and kind customer service, she rules! She asked for my input and made sure I was comfortable at each step. I have invisible disabilities and accomodations were easily made available and she was very polite and patient with me. Also, my haircut was great and exactly what I wanted. I really like this location and almost always have a similar experience but Melissa's customer service was exceptional and deserves recognition.

Glenn is fantastic! He always takes good care of my hair! He gives great insight into how to handle my hair and listens to my needs! Great Clips needs more hairstylists like him!

Jeanie was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing. Not only did she give me a great haircut and did exactly what I had envisioned for my hair, she also gave me so many great tips on how to keep it healthier and what products I could use, as well as ways to style my hair with my new haircut. Totally recommend her and totally recommend this Great clips for anyone who's wanting a haircut.

Went into Great Clips in Surf City, NC.yesterday to get a haircut. Karen waited on me. She was very nice and very professional. She cut my hair exactly like I asked her to and she did a wonderful job. I will be going to Karen from now on.

I get the best cut and style from Shannon
She has been doing my hair for for gosh 4 or 5 years now. I do not trust anyone else. I did get my hair done closer to home, just to save the drive, but that woman did not know what she was doing. So, of course, I went to Shannon. I would rather travel from Jacksonville to N. Topsail. I love her Lynda B.

This is a great little place to get your haircut. A national franchise, but worth the visit when you're in Surf City. I always ask for Kathy. She does great work.

I love my new haircut. It is so much better than my coronavirus hair which was growing down past my shoulders. Thank you Mariah my hair looks great!
