The visit and Lily were 5 stars! Hence the 5 stars! She greeted me at the kiosk as I drove up, informed me of the promotion and membership plan, which I declined..BUT she wasn’t pushy. I liked that. If we weren’t transients and staying in the area I would’ve considered the membership a little but more. Ride through the car wash was smooth and I liked that I wasn’t too close to the car in front of me. Thank you because other places do that and I get so much anxiety about potentially bumping in front of the other, especially upon the exit.

At the vacuum stations the attendants were awesome and were constantly replenishing towels and cleaner. Today was exceptionally busy as it was sunny and 70°, but they kept up with the demand. Thank you for a great experience s/o to Lilly again, and the two other attendants whom I didn’t catch their names. They were working at 1:30pm if that helps 😬 just want to make sure everyone gets proper recognition.

I came from the north and did no understand why there were car washes every 1/4 mile down here. Then I experienced the spring pollen season. Caliber was right down the street and for their affordable middle package, I am able to get washes for about a dollar day every other day. Unlimited towels and vacuums are great and the undercarriage cleaning is great too to get any salt off the truck.

I am always greeted by a friendly and helpful employee, facility is always well kept and clean. Supplies are plentiful and restocked well. I am really glad they added a second floor mat cleaner and have the compressors air guns to help clean the annoying nooks and crannies. The owner of this franchise also pays his employees a fair decent hourly wage starting out which I think is huge considering majority of the employees are high schoolers and early young adults.

Excellent quality car wash and Outstanding service from their staff!!! I have been a member here since Dec. 2019, and would not entertain going elsewhere with my car(s). The facility is always well kept and extremely clean. The wash, as well as the parking areas with exterior vacuums are always extremely well maintained and in working order. A huge shout out to the entire staff, from the facility manager Michelle, to Jacob, Reagan, Justin, Conner, & Cooper… Thanks for always being helpful! It’s a rarity, but always great to come to a place of business and be treated more like a member of the family than just another customer.

Caliber car wash in Hampstead is the best! The truck comes out looking fully detailed in less than 20 minutes, and the whole family likes to help. We actually enjoy washing our vehicles now!

Also, the people who work there are extremely helpful, and always in good spirits. Been a member for three years and it’s worth every penny!

Great value for the price! Employees are always friendly and each station is well stocked with supplies. Just make sure you press the button to turn on the compressor if you ever need to use the free air to fill your tires 😅

Zander and everyone working at this location is absolutely amazing! This is a wonderful car wash it is always clean and organized every time we come. Highly recommended!

Best car wash! Staff is always super friendly and works efficiently to get everyone through. Always clean rags and full bottles of cleaning solution. They also allow members to put air in their tires! Love that I can get everything done in one stop.

Raegan was awesome and sold me on the monthly unlimited washes. First wash was good! Got the middle tier package.

It’s a nice car wash. Very clean and easy way to keep up with it. The station for inside cleaning is nice. I can clean my car very well with both the automatic wash and some manual steps. I enjoy the experience also.

Kenny was very helpful today. Asking if I wanted an air freshener when I first came through and making sure the wash was up to my standards before I left. Very attentive. Great job Kenny!

Absolute Best car wash with all the extras, FREE of charge-vacuum, towels, window cleaner, mat cleaner, duster air spray and AIR for tires.
Both of our cars, Porsche and Ford Mustang Mach-e love being pampered at Caliber Car Wash in Hampstead. They have monthly packages where you can wash as often as you like.

Great wash! Vacuums and sprays right where you need them! Love the airline to spray the crevices. Oh and the mat cleaner! I have a monthly membership & go almost every day during pollen season. I get my moneys worth for sure - at least 4-5 visits per month the rest of the time.

We love Calibar car wash! It’s our favorite. Maddie is always super attentive and kind. She showed me some features I didn’t realize were available, like the floor mat cleaning machine.

Always a friendly staff waiting to greet you. Convenient location and hours. My car always looks great when I leave, even if I just come by for a quick wash!

Reagan (Manager) hands down has the best customer service skills and is always willing to put her job before anything else. She’s the most devoted person I know and makes an exceptional manager and leader.
Not to mention the amazing team work her team provides when I visit. :)

All the people, including Zander, have been great here at Caliber. The cleaning rags and supplies are always well stocked, and the vacuums always work great to get the sand and mud I accumulate regularly in my truck. We have a monthly membership with unlimited car washes, and we go every time we drive by. Consistently incredible!

I enjoy both locations! I am on a corporate membership so I go weekly and it keeps me clean and professional! Only constructive criticism I have is tire shine at Hampstead is below par compared to Ogden location.
