WOW is not even enough. I was stranded in Burgaw yesterday and had it not been for this AutoZone employees I would have had to spend the night. They went above and beyond to help me. They even helped me find a mechanic who remained open 2 hours late to get me back on the road. THANKS!!!!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the AutoZone in Burgaw. I ordered a bulb for my headlight for same day delivery which cost extra and there was a mix up with the delivery and Griffen an employee hand delivered the part to me from the store accommodating me. The people working here are friendly and knowledgeable . I highly recommend this autozone in Burgaw and will be visiting for other auto parts when needed .

I want to give a great report from Mark at the AutoZone in burgaw on July 5th. This guy was as happy as he could be early in the morning when I first asked if I could return my water pump without the paper receipt and he happily said yes. Now 75% of the time that I go into any other auto parts store or grocery store convenience store any of them usually it's a no go. Well the reason AutoZone gets a five star is not only their great customer service and Mark going out of his way to help me even after I told him I didn't have the receipt, but also because I never have to go back the second time for the right part and just the variety and quality of the merchandise being sold including the price so it's a five-star for me I've never had a bad experience with AutoZone and it's probably not going to be one because of the customer service and atmosphere of the place. I'm done rambling AutoZone's 👍

Biggest AutoZone I've seen & a massive stock of parts behind the counter. Definitely newly built but it's impressive with a unique layout, friendly staff and a stock to rival the competition in Burgaw
