On vacation, forgot to bring one of my important meds. They had my prescription ready in minutes! I wish this was the CVS closest to my house.

Main pharmacist, David does an outstanding job and goes out of his way for his patients. He explains everything in great detail.

I have an issue with the CVS corporation in general, not generally with the store itself. If you have to call Customer Service, there is nothing they can do. Customer Relations deals with issues pertaining only to the store. Extra Care Dept deals with their promotions. You may be transferred back to Customer service. There seems to be an awful lot of people who get paid to not actually do anything except transfer you, and if you get angry, they warn you, and then hang up. CVS beauty club is a scam for customers who want to pick out a nonexistent cheap gift at the store. If you normally shop online, it might work for you.

The store itself is good and nice, but I've heard bad things about the pharmacy side.

When I was in the hospital, I asked to get my medication sent here and when I got out and finally went to this CVS, they only gave me part of my medication and not the other drug that I was also supposed to get. They have to step it up, you can't play with peoples lives like that.

I have called numerous times and waited on hold for someone to answer the phone. What does it take to get someone to answer??

The pharmacy is terrible. David is the only good one there. I can’t believe how these people talk to customers. I used to work here. It was wonderful. That was almost 20 years ago but I know how to do the pharmacy side. I was a tech. But these folks you have now are ridiculous.

This place is the absolute worst CVS I have ever encountered. Some of their pharmacy tech definitely need more training and are very unprofessional. I filed a formal complaint today with corporate

Long story short, I called customer service back and reported her and they gave me a case number. Before the representative and I ended the call, I told him my main concern was why they call about my medication. He told me, I would have to call the CVS, but how am I supposed to call the CVS when they don't answer the phone and I'm out of state. Ive attended the local university for almost 3 years now, all the time I have been in this CVS ( I'm a regular costumer that probably goes into this store 4-5 a week) or passed by the store, this store hasn't been busy to the point that they refused to help someone especially around the time I called. For the future parents who are considering sending their child to the local university and look at this review to make sure their child has access to a reliable and Honorable source for medication when at school. There's another pharmacy up the street near McDonald's you should look into send your children when they get sick or just need a refill, because this CVS will no longer be getting any money from me. I later called my CVS that's near my home to see if they could inform me why I received a call regarding my medication and i also explain to them the whole ordeal and the person expressed a genuine care and sincere apology for what I had endured, which restored how much I love and appreciate CVS. For the pharmacist, who refused to identify herself after having the courage to speak to me the way you did, then imply you can talk to me anyway without any reverberation because you hold a certain position and hung up on me, I hope and know you'll be reading this. How you spoke to me as your customer and just as a human being was inhumane, especially when I was nothing but respectful towards you.I can only imagine how you treat the people you work with. By me reporting you, I only hope it brings light to how you handle customers and you learn how to treat your customers in a more appropriate way. 2/2 (Google has a limited character, and only lets you submit one review)

For the encounter I just endure with this CVS's pharmacist over the phone deserves no stars. Today, I waited for almost 30 minutes to talk to a pharmacist representative regarding a phone call that was made to my mother about my medication last Friday, which they also declined to inform my mother exactly what it was about because she wasn't me. I completely understand CVS's Confidentiality policy and have no issue with it. My concern with this issue is if after they called my mother and refused to tell her what the phone call is regarding because of the confidentiality policy and they have my personal contact information in the system, why didn't they call me first or why didn't they call me right after realizing they called my mother. Instead, they called my cellphone two days later. I'm currently an out of state student, who attends the university that's close to this CVS, and on break for the holidays. While on break I work anywhere from 9-12 hours a day. So of course, I happened to miss the phone call from CVS on Sunday. They left no voicemail on why their were contacting me. The next day I decided to call CVS to see why they were calling, I waited for 15 minutes until I hung up to go to work. Tuesday, which is today, I called them again, since today is my day off. For almost 30 minutes I was on hold until i decided to call CVS's customer support number. I told the woman, who was helping me from customer support the exact same thing i've expressed above. She told me to wait as she tried to get in contact with this CVS's pharmacy and she could transfer me to speak with them. Probably less than 5 minutes go by and Im talking to someone at the pharmacy. Once again I'm repeating and explaining why I'm calling. The woman who I'm speaking with began by asking me if the person who call me Sunday was a man or a woman. I told her I was unsure because they didn't leave a voicemail, in which she said call back tomorrow because the person who called you was probably David. I then express to her that I work a lot and I don't have a lot of availability. Her response to this with a combative and disgusting tone was I working at the drive thru and I have other things to do. I told her that the way she was talking to me was beyond inappropriate, rude, and disgusting. As I was telling her this she was talking over top of me and getting louder. After this I told her I would be reporting her, and I would like to have her name. Literally, this is what she tells me, " Good luck with that I'm the pharmacist" then she ends the phone call on me. As if you're superior, and there's no repercussions on how you handled the situation because of your title. Just because I'm not in front of you doesn't give you the right to talk to anyone that way! 1/2
