Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I am delighted to share that a Popeyes establishment has recently opened in High Point, obviating the necessity to commute to Greensboro. The service at this location surpasses that of others. While the food quality was initially subpar upon their opening, my recent visit has demonstrated a significant improvement, aligning it with the standards set by other Popeyes locations.

We ordered a large Mac n cheese, a large fry & a large drink. We sat at the drive-thru seemed like forever. When the kind younglady bought my daughter's food . I said ,"I thought you all had 4gotten about us". She smiled and said," No ma'am, we didn't. Overall the service and food was great. We shall return. 😊

went there and ordered me a 4 piece dark. they said it would be a 10 min wait. im patient so I decided to wait. the manager had a great convo with me while I waited and had a great smile to go with it. everything was delicious including my drink!

I love to shout out Nick, Asia, and Bre for their service today!! This was the best customer service experience I have ever had here! May God bless them for their kindness!!

I came in today, and I was very satisfied. I had stopped coming to this location. But now I’m happy I came back. The food was super fresh. The manager Trina did an outstanding job. The cashier Saniyah was also very friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 service.

Food came out great! We got a 10 peice family sized tender meal as well as a couple other items, it only took about 10 minutes to come out and they were all crispy and still hot by the time we got home! The staff were definitely busy with the dinner rush but still gave us fast and friendly service with a smile! Definitely coming back to the high point location, they're doing a great job as a team!

I honestly don't know how this Popeyes has such a low reviews. I travel for work all over and have been to so many Popeyes. I love fried chicken and Popeyes has the best, so I generally put up with poor service, long wait, random hours, etc. But not this one. I know it's brand new, but this one is legit the best one I've ever been to.

HELLO I CAME TO POPEYES LAST NITE AT 8PM AND IT WAS VERY BUSY IT WAS LIKE 3 PEPOLE WORKING I MUST SAY THE MANGER WHO I LEARN NAME WAS KATRINA FROM THE CASHIER WAS GREAT EVEN THO WE HAD TO WAIT SHE MADE EVERYONE FEEL GOOD ABOUT I LOVE THE NEW CHANGES I WILL BE BACK FOR SURE

Excited for my city to finally have a Popeyes!! This establishment has great potential and is located in a good area! The staff has room for improvement with training on customer service skills. This is also a franchise so the quality of food should remain consistent with the company and customer standards. The restaurant interior was clean and the staff was okay, nothing to brag or complain about. I ordered the popcorn shrimp combo, it was fried a little too hard but I’m sure they’ll improve. I was given the wrong sauce but it’s okay because the sauce received was what I asked for originally but I switched it later. It was super busy and nothing or nobody is perfect. A second visit is not out of the question. I have high hopes for this establishment.

I've read many of the bad reviews on here, and though I don't doubt their veracity, my experience was so much better. Came in about 1PM and they were not to busy. Few people eating in the dining room. The lady who took our order was very polite and the gentleman who handed our food was nice as well. I got to Popeyes in Greensboro most of the time. Whether is be Pisgah church, or Gate City. I can tell you this is the fastest service I've had at a popeyes in sometime. Food was good too! I hope the next time I have the same experience. For now, this is a true and honest review. Good job Popeyes on N. Main!

The chicken was fresh and crispy with a good flavor. The biscuits were soft and buttery and the mashed potatoes had a uniquely flavored gravy over them. All flavors were great.
This store is kinda new and the team knocked the ball out of the park...

Derrick the manger and his staff where amazing fast service and they were polit and very respectful I will definitely be back
