They have authentic tacos. Their tripe tacos are really good. And they have quesadillas with pumpkin flowers and huitlacoche (corn smut) which is vary rare And their salsa bar has authentic flavors.

Great place for pozzole and caldo de res .Huge bowls of hot soup with lots of sauces and salads on cold bar to add to your meal.
Been eating there for years and have always been pleased.

El Toro is a great small restaurant where you can find actual Mexican food. This is not texmex or calistyle food. This is actually Mexican food.
