Just moved to Waxhaw and wanted to support a small local family owned business with our remodel flooring needs. Basel, the owner's son, was in the store the day I checked them out. Start to finish he was wonderful to work with, excellent service, communication, and pricing.

Mike really helped us out right before Thanksgiving. We needed flooring because of water damage to our carpeting. Mike helped me to select vinyl luxury plank flooring for our LR, DR, BR, Kitchen and BR. Within the week, it was installed. Mike's team did a great job of laying it down and it was finished in 2 days in time for our Thanksgiving family get together.

Ordered one thing and they shipped another that was installed before we could check it. They sent a cheaper tile and now it’s taking an act of congress to even get the difference refunded.
