I called because I had a knot in a necklace.. Not one of theirs, not even a real diamond but I believe her name was Cindy, she got the knot out within 10 minutes and everybody was so kind. They have beautiful jewelry so if anyone gets the chance, check them out!!

I LOVE Oz Jewelers!!! I have been a customer for a few years now and I will never shop from another jeweler!! Their customer service is top notch! Melissa, their store manager will do everything she can to make sure you are treated like family and are getting the best quality and price on whatever you may be looking for! I recently purchased two pairs of earrings and a diamond ring from Dalton, one of Oz's sales associates! He went out of his way and helped me over the phone during a big sale to pick out what fit my style and budget perfectly! I also got the ring I purchased from him resized and it was ready a couple days after my purchase, what a quick turnaround time and it fits perfectly! Oz Jewelers is the ONLY place to go for jewelry, they are kind, trustworthy and such a joy to interact with always keeping your needs as a customer in mind!!

Everyone was very kind and professional, Kathy and staff helped me. My favorite ring broke and also my bracelet. The repair was fast and I was notified with a text that it was done. I received my jewelry repaired and cleaned to perfection. Definitely will be back.

The main thing I’ve discovered is that ALL the employees are first friendly and then very knowledgeable about their products. Whether I arrive in a suit or a pair of jeans I am treated the same friendliness and professionalism.

I have taken both fine jewelry and costume, from other jewelers, for repair and they always make them like new. You can never go wrong at Oz. They are family owned and they’re the best!

I have a Fossil watch that I haven't worn in 3 years. When I pulled it out to wear it the battery was dead. Since I was traveling to Hickory for work, I did a search for Jewelers in the area and decided to give Oz's Jewelers a try. I'm so glad I did. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was out in 10 minutes with a working watch and will definitely use them again if I'm in Hickory and have a need for an excellent Jeweler.

My experience here was amazing! I decided to take a different route for my class ring, so I came to Oz’s to find something simple yet classy. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and their customer service was fantastic! I was notified when my ring came in, as well as when it was finished being engraved. Absolutely love this place!! I will always shop at Oz’s before setting foot in a jewelry chain store. The staff are patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. My experience with Oz Jewelers has always been wonderful. Each time I’ve walked into the store I’ve been met with a warm welcome and knowledgeable assistance! When it came time to shop for an engagement ring, I did my homework: shopped multiple stores, looked at lots of rings; compared price and quality. In the end, there was no comparison. Oz’s entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable; really making you feel welcome. Ultimately, the Wizard himself custom designed a beautiful ring that turned out better than I could have imagined....for less than most of his competitors! Spoiler alert....she said Yes! I am very thankful to Oz for helping make the special day happen and will certainly be a repeat customer.

I had purchased a loose jewel for my wife and had them turn it into an absolutely beautiful ring for my wife on our anniversary. If you are having custom work done like this please allow extra time. I know that it wasn't this places fault because the hold up was the company who they ordered the setting from but once it came in the ring was ready for pickup that same day. They were also very helpful in finding the setting that fit my budget. I will definitely return here for any needs.

My husband and I moved to Hickory 3 years. I lost a small diamond in my engagement ring and I was leary of leaving my ring with several jewellers as they send the jewelry out to be serviced. I saw on line that repairs are done in house by the owner at Oz. I felt good about that and while there we purchased a new wedding band as well. The band had to be sized. The employees there are very professional and my jewelry came back absolutely beautiful! I am so happy to have found a jewelry store that I can shop in and have repairs done. Their jewelry is beautiful and this will be my go to place!

I absolutely love Oz Jewelers! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and from the moment I walk into the store, I feel like I matter to each employee there! Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the ladies know my taste when it comes to creating the perfect Pandora bracelet. I usually leave with more than I ever intended to buy, not because I’m pressured, but because my shopping experience is so much fun! I had the pleasure of meeting these awesome group of people in 2018 at their beautiful venue and last night they had a Mother's Day live on FB where we had the opportunity to purchase beautiful gifts and it was so much fun watching them interact one with the other while yet conducting great customer service. My husband purchased his mother two beautiful items and well I too was able to enjoy one of their beautiful diamond rings as a Early Anniversary gift. They will even wrap your purchase for you. Schedule an appointment to shop. They are abiding by all safety requirements during this time.
