Donnell greeted me as I entered the store. He had a product knowledge of a seasoned employee and knew the company's policies quite well. I was surprised to learn he'd only been with Journey's for 6 months. He helped me, amongst others, find the great looking shoe.

Great selection of Conversation which we looked everywhere for before finding at Journey's. Cute bookbags too.

The girl that helped me was very nice and quick. They are one of the few places to offer military discount so that's a nice bonus as well.

Great Store, very busy, employees make sure everyone is waited on. They leave no one waiting. Fantastic place to shop in Hickory.

You guys rock. My granddaughter had a shopping spree with make a wish, the manager there wish I had gotten her name, made my granddaughters day, with a name tag from there. Y’all all were so sweet to her. Thank you so much form making her day.. you guys are amazing.
