Amazing service, friendly owners/staff, genuine hearted people who care. Rented a Budget Moving truck from this business combination and will gladly do so again soon! Actually plan on doing so in a few months. Our Budget rental truck was clean, easy to use, they walked me through the process of renting with ease and made sure I understood everything. So much better in comparison to other rental in the area i.e. Uhaul. Truck was so easy to drive too and very well maintenanced and maintained.

Will never do business here again. We rented a budget truck and Truck alterations was our turn in location. They closed before their posted time of 5:30pm. We called several times beginning at 5:10 and then I arrived at 5:25 and they had already closed. I knew we were cutting it close on time but what kind of business closes their office before the posted hours? That’s doing bad business.
