Great experience using Alpha Offroad for a leveling kit and all terrains on my ‘21 F150 PowerBoost. Jake not only had the best pricing but his customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend Alpha Offroad to anyone for their next project.

Jake was great to work with, he was extremely busy, but was able to get my truck in within a week. The install was done timely and correct with attention to detail. He took the time to talk about future projects with me and has already reached out to set up another appointment. I have complete confidence in this shop and will continue to do business there.

Really glad I found this place. It was time to upgrade some suspension on my truck so I called and got a quick quote. It was one that could not be beaten the parts got ordered and arrive the same week. Scheduled a time to have it done dropped it off used the Connvient key box. The next day it was all ready overall I am extremely happy with the work done by Jake. Great communication,flexibility,and great work. Highly Recommend stopping by and getting a quote.

Jake is absolutely awesome to work with, whether it’s a project truck or normal mechanical issues with your offroad rig! Did everything he could to make sure my truck was fixed up and doing the upgrades desired. Went out of his way to fix a few other issues with my truck after asking permission and giving a heads up. Has great communication with you along the process! If I could rate higher I would!

Jake is an amazing mechanic. I needed to get full suspension work on my SUV and he knocked it out and got it all done in a timely manner. His work is amazing his prices are fair what more could you ask for 5stars!

Jake, the owner, is one of the most honest, trustworthy, knowledgable people I've met and has never steered me wrong. He goes ABOVE and BEYOND for people and makes sure you understand the issues and his recommendations, and doesn't try to sell me on things I don't need unlike a lot of shops. His communication is excellent!
One example is I had to take it for an alignment and when he saw it wasn't done correctly, he took my rig to the alignment center himself and told them they need to redo it since it was way off because he cared enough to make sure it was right.
Very rare to find a business like this anymore that you can trust and doesn't gouge you. I will drive an hour each way or more because it is worth the time and money!

I needed to get my lift kit installed on my truck. Jake was very knowledgeable and professional; he takes care and the time to do the job right. This is the second vehicle I have taken to Alpha Off Road for a lift kit. My 2022 Ram 1500 4WD needed leveling out for a better stance and bigger tires. Jake again went over my best options for performance and ride, explaining the difference between new struts as opposed to just adding spacers. My truck looks great, with the stance I wanted. I have taken vehicles to different local shops, but have never really been satisfied with the work. After going to Alpha, I won't use anyone else. Trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop.
