I had a great experience. I got here like 30 minutes early before my appointment which was at 9:00 a.m. it is now 9:23 a.m. and I am good to go. The older white man is super cool.

Delivered here 5/4..appointment was at 1500 but they worked me in about 1115 and was gone about noon

good people when I made my delivery they gave me free coffee and treated me with respect

Arrived a day early thought I’d try since there was a ice snow storm up in northern ms n tenn said he’s gonna work me in docks were empty at 1:15 asked at2:00 said come back in the morning,arrived at 6:45 n checked in sat until 2:25 pm before I even got a dock ,old asshat that runs shipping n receiving couldn’t manage to unload my grandson’s red wagon what a waste of time, broker at bay n bay said they’d take it early so obviously he’s a idiot as well some people just aren’t competent Enough to manage commerce
