Ms. Charity helped me with my purchase. She was SO sweet and helpful, she got me in and out in great time once I made the decision on which couch I wanted. I will recommend her to anyone I know in the market for furniture and will ask for her myself in the future also. We are loving our new couch so far also!

I called looking for help with an order only to find this was not the correct manufacture. The associate on the phone offered to contact the regional sales representative for the furniture that I ordered. This is customer service that I could not have expected. A competitor company offering to help out someone from another state. I wish this company in Mississippi was able to deliver to Ct as I would be a repeat customer. Well done Lotts Furniture.

W/O Lotts I never would have been able to furnish my new place. He is absolutely the BEST business owner I’ve had the privilege of meeting. The fact he had his dog in there was a BONUS!! 🥰 He actually cares & goes above & beyond to give his customers what they NEED/WANT!
