Art Garden AVL

The Art Garden was my absolute favorite place on my trip to Asheville. So many beautiful plants and amazing art everywhere. The staff were so kind, Kiki was amazing. They packed everything I bought so nicely and it made it back home safe after the plane ride. I was also lucky enough to get to meet some of the artists that I purchased work from! The artists were all so open and kind it made me love their pieces even more. Definitely go here!!! Support these local artists! <3

Nice area to stroll through the various artist's lofts. Some unusual creations and some more mainstream.

It's not only the Art Garden but a whole village of artists doing what they do best...make unbelievably unique pieces of art that speaks volumes to the power of creativity that exists in all of us. Live your best life.

We stumbled upon the River Arts District by accident and the experience has been phenomenal. Here, at Art Garden, the gallery manager was kind enough to give us a brochure and guide us with what there is to see to get the full experience of the area.
Things you should know:
I. PARKING
There's a massive private parking lot outside the warehouse-style building. Available spaces are endless ~ You won't have a problem finding a space.
II. SERVICE
Accommodating and informative. They'll go out of their way to help you here.
III. QUALITY
Vast amount of selection of artwork on various mediums. I like this specific location because everything is up for purchase. So, it's not like you can just observe and move on ~ you can actually buy it if you want it.

My new favorite art shop! If you love nature themed stuff, they might just have something for you. They have a good variety of different artists with unique wares. And the prices are very reasonable.

This is my favorite shop in Asheville. I come here every time. This visit I bought mostly pots and plant-related items. Missed some of the ceramic art I used to love.... But they always get new stuff.

Awesome walk through the arts! Really neat with artists actively working through out the whole building.

By far, our favorite stop in the RAD. Great and diverse shop downstairs with a wide selection of studios upstairs that seem to go on forever! We bought stickers, prints, jewelry, and plants.

What a fantastic place! Full of wonderful art, very magical and mystical. And the owner is a beautiful, openhearted, creative soul herself. A must see, down by the river! 💫💫💫

The coolest spot to chill! Old industrial buildings revived by art. It feels like nature is breathing life back into this place in the most creative way! A must see, Asheville, for anyone but especially plant and art lovers! The new adaptogen bar is the wave of the future check it out!

Everything was so pretty with nice outdoor seating. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying that as an artist with works for sale here, I definitely have a bias.

Art Garden AVL can be found on the corner of the Riverview Station building in the River Arts District. #316 right off of Lyman street.

It hosts original, Art, prints and all sorts of small gifting items from local artists or all kinds. The place is cozy with a ecclictic vibe, and OMG the 🪴 that are literally everywhere are also for sale.

The only downside is actually out of thier control. The old converted building is in no way mobility friendly especially for those using motorized wheel chairs.

The biggest plus is the actual outdoor attached garden full of art just outside the space. It's a great place to have a picnic, sketch, or just take in the view.

It's an safe, inclusive space, with all around amazing art. Now go check it out!

Awesome art experience. When I went they had outdoor vendors. Plenty of artists, but a psychedelic them is very prevalent in some areas. A lot of masterful artwork all around. They offer some classes too.

Came here after the nearby coffee shop with our 4 year old. She loved walking studio to studio to check out all the unique creations. One of our favorite stops in town!

This is a spectacular set of studios filled with lots of local art. The garden outside is really cool too, also created by local artists. Located in the River Arts District of Asheville. Walking distance from 12 Bones, The Wedge and more! A MUST for all art lovers!
