Fantastic food and service! My cousin and I came here at like 10:30pm on May 19th, 2024 and the person working was super sweet and helpful thank you so much!

every time I visit this location I am blown away by the customer service. The staff is kind, and always have your order ready quickly

After food shopping I stopped at Arby's to pick up a quick sandwich so as not let my ice cream melt. I was told to pull over and wait.
After a few minutes, Bobby came out with my hot food. I kiddingly asked him if he had done the cooking too. And he said yes. Wow.

I found out that there were only 3 people working and doing the jobs of 7! I was impressed. Bobby, Nancy, and Lexi could probably choreograph for Broadway. Regardless, I think they deserve a raise! What great kids with strong work ethics!

Food is always fresh and the service is always good. The night manager Naomi does a great job keeping things going.

It was my first time eating at this location. The sandwich I got was good.

Forgot to take pictures but everything was great. Got the 1/2 pounder with curly fries. The sandwich was plenty of meat and the bun was fresh. Excellent sandwich. The curly fries were fresh and cooked right. The window service was good and they got the straws and sauces right. Now we did have to pull forward and wait some...but that just means the food is being prepared and will be fresher. An Arby's worth the stop

Love this place and their milkshakes! Ladies at the drive-thru are always fun and kind towards my family and I.

Staff is very polite and efficient. Food has always come to us fresh and orders correct. I recommend the Reuben or beef and cheddar and my wife and daughter LOVE the white Mac and Cheese!! Don't forget about the milkshakes or the 2 to 5p value hours for a discount!

A little pricey but other then that they always have good food, fast service, and they have never ever messed up my order, it's always been 100% correct. That's a huge + in my book.

My friend said, “Wow, that level of customer service is unheard of now. You won’t get that kind of service in Fayetteville!” Daniel, was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. Excellent customer service here... and the food was great too! When I passed on my compliments to the manager, she was equally as wonderful. Thank you for the great experience. Keep pushing forward.

Amanda was absolutely amazing. The best drive through service I’ve ever experienced. Will be back just because Amanda went out her way to give us a great experience! Thank you to Arbys and Amanda! Our food was also delicious and fresh.

The food was great. Very fresh and good. The service was very fast. We were about 10 vehicles back and got through in no time. Most importantly, our order was correct! They had no problem giving us extra sauces. The biggest drawback with Arby's in general is the price. Seems like they are noticeably higher than other comparable fast food places. I don't know if it is from the supposed meat shortage from the Pandemic or what. Nevertheless it was an overall great experience. Just overpriced for no more food than what we got.

Good food and on this visit, very friendly service! I usually shy away from Arby's because of the price but I've definitely changed my mind because what you get is definitely worth it. (Taste and volume for the value.) I love "deli" food and they're like a fast food version.
This visit I ordered a Reuben and cheese sticks. I will be back soon to try their other items.
