Mr. Eric, went ova and beyond to help me with my car problems. Very nice attitude, if life saver was person, Mr. Eric is it.

The people here are very helpful and always willing to help. They go out of their way and they aren't like most places just there to make a dollar and you the customer means nothing. I don't care what they say every time I've come to this place they really do greet you in a nice friendly manner. The rewards here add up as well and I encourage you to sign up for them.

Stephen was absolute godsend. After calling another competitor in town who wasn’t able to honor my request. I called Autozone and Stephen was a big help in getting the product and installing it on my car, which he didn’t have to do! If you need anything for your car call Stephen!

I was driving my rental car from New Orleans to attend a concert in Brandon MS and time was tight. The dashboard message said the battery in my key fob was low. I had meant to take care of that before leaving, but had forgotten. Anxiety was high and I stopped at a few stores on the way but none had the battery I needed, plus I didn't have the thin screwdriver to deal with the fob anyway. I stopped at the Magee Autozone and Eric L (Lackey?) took excellent care of me, helping me get the battery I needed and putting it in the fob for me and then even letting me check it (since the number that came out on the old battery didn't match what battery it was supposed to be), Eric Lackey (sp?) took care of me and even let me check it to ensure it was working before I hit the road again. His kindness and confidence got me feeling in just the right mood to hit the road again and in these days of ever declining customer service, was a true bright spot. Thanks Eric!

While in route from Gulfport to Yazoo City my alternator pulley came off. I had a wrecker tow me to AutoZone in McGee, MS which was only 9 miles away. AutoZone team member Stephen treated me like I was the only customer. He got the part and loaned me tools. Thomas also helped and even offered me a bottle of water. As Stephen was leaving his shift he stopped by to check on me and guided with the last steps. Two great employees. They made this old man feel better during my repair which did get me back on the road. Thanks so much.

These guys are amazing! Helped me get the correct headlamp for my car during road trip, loaned me tools and eventually installed it. But all this started 3 minutes before closing!!!!
Where else would that happen? Great Parts and unbelievable service, at a fair price !

Went looking for windshield wiper blade replacements. Staff was not only helpful in making recommendations, but also installed the blades for me! In and out in less than 10 minutes.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about products and we're very willing to help me find a solution to the issue with my car. Would recommend this shop to anyone

The employees at this store where very kind and extremely helpful. My brothers cv joint went out while traveling cross country and they got our part to us as fast as they could.

Knowledgeable, friendly, fast check out, rarely a long wait in line, great sales usually all the time, great in stock levels, priced lower than local competitors in the area, great quality products. Employees have gone above and beyond their scope of duties for me on several occasions.

Caesar is a true pro in customer service due to the fact that I actually heard him say “I’m leaving, I’m going home” and five minutes later after being asked a question he said “come on I can check you out” he is a true gentleman and a must goto advisor. Tara has been helping me for a little while now and she’s been instrumental in my vehicle project. I also like AutoZone because they’re knowledgeable and patient. Thank you MageeAutoZone!!
