Tim was very professional and very polite. I felt comfortable having him in my home. He was not rushed and took his time inspecting and cleaning the system. I am delighted to find this company who I feel I can trust.

Just had my air unit repaired and serviced by Timothy Bergeron. He was awesome. He arrived on time. He was very professional. He was very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to talk to him while he was working. He just seemed like a really good guy. I would like to thank his boss for employing good, knowledgeable young men , like Timothy, who take pride in their work. Southern Air has earned my future business today.

Great guys that came over. Very respectful Cleaned up after themselves. The price was Not as bad as I thought it would be. They got here and was able to retrieve our vape that was flushed down the toilet!

Great service! The company is genuine and shows professionalism with their service. They send the name of the technician with a picture of who it is they are sending, which makes me feels at ease and safe. Chase Jacobsen is awesome, professional and knowledgeable technician. He identified and fixed the problem quickly and restored the AC unit --which is really much appreciated on a 95° temp.

Chase was very helpful in explaining all the things we needed to know in purchasing a new unit. He was kind,and went out of his way,to make sure we got the best deal to finance our new unit. He did not complain about the time,which was way past 7pm, Southern Air,you have a awesome employee, he is a asset to your company. Thank you again Chase for all your help.

Kyler was great, punctual, professional, efficient. He quickly found the issue and showed me what was going on. He even knocked out the wasp nest around the disconnect and didn't complain about it.

Well first off, they had somebody after hours that you could talk to (and an American too)! I was just going to leave a voice mail. Sweet lady too. Said someone would come between 8 and 10Am. If this was Sparklight, that would mean 1pm or later.
Then, this morning, I get a text letting me know that the guy was on his way. I got a name and a pic. Super professional! Then, he got here early! Came in, looked at the prob, and went to work. Super awesome guy. Very nice and professional. I don’t even think he was here an hour. Did a real good job too. I could not have been more thankful and happy with the whole experience! So if you see this Aden A, thank you!

Aden Alexander was the plumber who came to take care of our bathroom plumbing issue. This was our first time using Southern Air, Heating, Cooling and Plumbing in McComb Mississippi. My sister and I have a very positive impression of this company due to the professional way that everything was handled, from the first call when we talked to Esther, to the actual work done by Aden. Our service call was confirmed the day before and Aden also contacted us on the way to our home in Liberty. Our plumbing issue was handled quickly and professionally, and the price was reasonable. We definitely will call this company again for any problems with Electrical or Plumbing. Based on this first visit, we can recommend this company without reservation.

Very courteous. Explained my situation with old unit very well including pictures. Helpful in deciding on new system. Austin and his partner installed my completely new system. They had to do extra work just to get system in the attic. They worked very hard. Stayed until job was finished. (Around 9:30 pm.) Very courteous and respectful of my home. Great job!!

Kyler was absolutely amazing ! Not only was he here ahead of estimated appointment time, he was efficient. Had my air conditioner running in less than 30 minutes. He is very polite and very knowledgeable . He explains what he’s doing in such a way that a 3 year old can understand. We need more Kyler’s in the world.

My service representative, Chase, arrived very close to the scheduled time. He was friendly, alert, and overall helpful. When he completed his work, he explained what he did and told me what additional services I needed. I was extremely pleased with him.

Timothy was an excellent technician. He provided me with great service along with informing me on how my ac unit works . He introduced me to the membership which I am excited to be apart of and provided me with information on a uv system my husband and I can use to help with our house . I enjoyed his professionalism and speaking with him about all of the services offered . He also has a great spirit . I highly recommend Timothy as a technician if anyone needs service . Chase was very professional with addressing the immediate need of repairing an inoperable HVAC unit in some sweltering July heat while also advising on the benefits of an annual membership that allows for regular maintenance, and on top of everything, we beat those nasty wasps back! Awesome job all around, highly recommend.

Aden was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He was available to answer any questions we had and he kept us informed on every step as the work progressed and we were very pleased.
