My second time using this storage facility. Always clean. Access 24/7. Rates very comparable to other facilities in the area.

I was so relieved at how helpful everyone here is. I had bought furniture and wasn’t ready to transport it to the new location. First I was helped by staff figuring out the size needed, and finding me a first time rental discount. When I had trouble with my email, they gladly printed out the necessary rental agreement. When I called for details of removing the final belongings, Michelle made it easy! I was able to sign my paperwork online❤ Moving is never easy—-but your staff helped us make it pleasant at the “hard stops!”

Easy peasy! Wesley was hugely helpful and showed me the two different spaces I was interested in so I could better picture the sizes. I was also able to rent a moving van for a day at a discount through them because I was already a storage customer too. This place is very clean, convenient, and climate controlled… highly recommend!

My entire experience was great. I was able to rent the unit, sign the contract, and set up auto payments all online. The facility was excellent and easy to use. All staff was very helpful and friendly (I interacted with at least 3 different staff members while renting a unit there). When we moved into our home and no longer needed the unit, the process to move out was a breeze! Thanks everyone! My experience couldn’t have been any better!

This was the easiest part of my stressful move. Wesley was very helpful and answered
any question I had. He is the nicest salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. I never had any issues with management or the actual unit. I highly recommend Hernando Self Storage mainly because of the helpful service provided by Wesley.

I have used Hernando Self Storage for many years to store items I've used in the classroom that I just did not have a good place to keep at school. It is super convenient to access and very clean. Wesley Massey was very friendly and easy to work with, which is very appreciated. I highly recommend them for your storage needs.

Wonderful experience! The bays are very clean. Management is amazing and so helpful. One time I accidentally locked my door improperly, leaving it unsecured. They immediately called and reported that my unit was open. Thank you so much I will definitely recommend to everyone.

This is a great facility!! Nice, clean, and well organized. The property manager that assisted me explained everything very clearly and was nice and well mannered. This place is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for!! Its also indoor, climate controlled, and accessible 24 hrs. They real helped me out!! Go check them out!!

Absolutely one of the best places I have ever used for self storage. The staff is incredibly nice and always willing to help with any questions I have. The units are clean and come in many different sizes. You can even get climate controlled if needed, which worked perfectly for me with the furniture I was wanting to store.

quick and easy set up. great customer service. even though I only rented for month to be able to get transitioned into the new house they made it easy for me. location is ideal here in Hernando and the selection of climate control units are amazing. whether you need them for a month or long term please go check them out and let them know what all you need.....

I wasn’t sure what size unit I needed. All of my questions were answered and I was shown my options. I was able to pick the right size, the first time, the staff was so helpful and patient. I feel like my belongings are safe and I feel safe going there after dark. Automatic billing also a nice perk. Very satisfied.

They are extremely helpful and professional on every level. They aim to please and be of any assistance they can during the process. They are knowledable and pleasant to work with. I would recommend them for storage or moving truck needs any day.
