Starlite Drive-In

Brought the granddaughter and one of her cousins and it was a heavy dose of nostalgia. We had a bucket of popcorn, a big fountain drink and a couple varieties of candy. We parked up front for the big screen experience with the bed of our pick-up pointed at the screen, made a bed in the bed of the truck, tuned our radio to the movie soundtrack and a big old time was had by all. It was the girl's first Drive-In movie and they were pleased. Kudos to the consession stand folks for having a full menu. Go now and help keep this little piece of Americana going.

We had a Wonderful time here last night! It was so nice having a drive in movie theater experience to share with our daughter, who's never been to one before. Although it was a little bit of a drive (we live in Ballwin), it was well worth it!! The area is well maintained, and the radio station that provides the audio for the movie works great! They also and have fantastic snack bar/arcade area, and clean bathrooms! Not to mention, they are dog-friendly!!! We definitely plan on coming back!! ❤😊

Wonderful Drive-In Movie Experience. Some attributes that set this drive-in apart from others include an advantageous location: a “secluded” tree lined venue that largely eliminates the typical distractions (traffic noise, lights, etc) common at urban drive-ins. The 2 screens are also far apart, so the features (sound) do not bleed together. The overall ambiance is outstanding. The variety at the concession stand is extensive, food quality is good, and the service is timely and friendly. Patrons are lively and have fun prior to the show (socializing, families / children playing, etc. ) and are respectful and considerate once the feature begins. Picture and sound quality are excellent. Bring lawn chairs and sit outside, or enjoy the movie from inside your car. The Starlite has all the right perks and great atmosphere for a memorable night at the Drive-In. Very worthy summer entertainment destination.

It's not often people get the opportunity to go to a drive in theater these days. This location, with it's two screens and snack bar/bathroom make a memorable evening for a romantic evening under the stars, or a whole family affair! I'd recommend this location to anyone wanting a COVID safe experience without the sterile FEEL of one where spacing and masks aren't a constant concern.

Further, the family environment felt between the staff here really makes everything enjoyable which brings you been again and again.

Especially with new movies showing here regularly, you can nearly show up every weekend and see something different!

My wife and I decided to go old school and celebrate our anniversary at the drive-in. It was clean, not crowded, the staff was friendly. The reception through the radio was great. We brought our own snacks, but I also was surprised to see fried bologna sandwiches on the menu in the concession stand (hadn't had one in years), so I bought 2. Delish!!!

Wonderful throwback in time to the good ole days of the drive-in theater. Listen to the movie on your own car stereo and enjoy the small arcade inside the concession area. Reasonable prices for food and drinks too! Great family activity or an awesome date night!

I haven't been to the drive in for a very long time. I was pleasantly surprised that the experiences blends everything I love about going to the movies today (photos ops, great food, and new movies) with the nostalgia of the drive in experience. $22 carloads are a great deal and you get 2 movies for the price of 1 if you stay for the second showing. Can't beat that. I will definitely be back. This is a hidden gem in our county.

Have been going here for 30+ years, its where my daddy took me as a child and ive carried on the tradition with my kid. We recently went for Taylor Swifts the etlras tour and it was a wonderful experience as always! Cant recommend this drive in enough! 💜💜

What a wonderful adventure! We drove about an hour and a half to get there. Wasn't packed, food prices were somewhere in between concession stand and movie theater. Had a HUGE selection of foods and snacks. The picture quality was surprisingly Great! We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Great fun for the entire family! Concessions building is clean and lively with old school arcade games, movie theatre popcorn and more. Screens are huge and the picture quality is great for an outdoor theatre. Located in a quiet area with minimal distractions from the passing traffic.

Nice place to go. Some people will ruin the experience smoking drugs,heavy drinking, screaming and loud cussing with headlights on. I went on Friday to see Pet Semtary/US. Called management 3 times took over 2hrs before someone came out. People ruined first movie with always yelling out parts.

We went several times in 2022. It's a great way for my adult autistic son to see movies. We even brought our dog along (remember to clean up after your pets!!). We saw some good films at a great price in an environment that was ideal for us. Staff was friendly, restrooms were clean. Highly recommended!

Never a disappointment! We were there for the Trunk or Treat. It was fantastic. A bit confusing with the flow, not a lot of direction, but easily figured out.

The food was great! Pulled pork nachos a must try. We have been to Starlite for movies a few times, but certainly not enough. Our issue has been it is usually adult movies or not enough kid variety. We would go more if there were options more often for our small kids.

Great place to take family. They have radios you can rent and be ready to have fun. There is 2 screens, a nice concession building with restrooms inside. Food is priced very good. I highly suggest buying tickets online because it saves $$ and faster. If you are leaving your hatch open you must park in the last 2 rows. Please support more drive ins so we can keep enjoying them for many many more years.

I've been going here since I was little with my family, and now I take my kiddos 🙂
For 4 of us, we paid $24 for 2 movies. Can't beat that. They have many food options to choose from on their menu also.
Can't wait to go again!

Great prices and an awesome place to go! We loved it and will have to come back soon! One tip is before you go is to get a portable radio so you don't have to keep your car on the whole time!

Had a great evening with the family. The indoor concession stand was great! Had a wide variety of food/snacks, lots of games you could play, and the restrooms were clean! Friendly staff!! One thing I wish was still around would be the speakers at every pole. It's nice they have it through the car, but I would still like the other option to be available! Otherwise it's great and we will definitely be back!!

Our favorite place to take the kids in the warmer months!! They have a great indoor concession stand, bathrooms are always clean, and they have arcade games inside. Like the movie theater but better because its 2 movies for a car load and saves so much money!
